So sad this place has bad google reviews! I go there every two weeks to get my nails done and absolutely love it! Gorgoues staff with great service! So many shellac colours, SNS colours, and regular polishes to choose from. Pedicures are always very relaxing and I am always more than satisfied with my acrylic infills and nail art. I used to really enjoy coming here. The last couple of times has been very disappointing. The gel manicure has chipped and cracked in a week and the ladies are rude, your tip amount is never enough as they seem so disappointed. Long time customer will not be coming back. Read Less

For Tip Top customer service go to Elaine's nails! They are number one and making their customer happy. Elaine runs a tight ship and she is there every day and night to make sure everything is going perfectly. Super professional job, super friendly technicians. I would recommend it to even the toughest critic. These folks know what they're doing. And amenities, amenities amenities! They always ask if you'd like a drink, there's coffee, massage chairs, Etc. I like this place very much and the person that do my pedicure is excellent but the other workers are always in a bad mud like they are doing you a favor or hate the job. Terrible. My nail girl's name was Ping. She was rude (when I turned down gel on my toes bc she was charging $35 that didn't include a pedicure, she said "It's your choice", didn't talk to me, did a terrible job with the shape of my nails, didn't put a second coat on my toenails. The hostess was nice enough, but gave me a resting B face when I asked her for someone that was really experienced. Do yourself a favour and give this place a miss. The staff are disinterested, rough, careless and incapable. It was evident the gentleman working on my manicure did not have any training.The lady doing my pedicure dug so deep under my big toe nail that I yelled in pain as she drew blood. I booked an appointment with Fashionail in advance for my friend and I for acrylic nails and pedicures. When we arrived we had to wait ages before being attended to and the people seemed short-staffed and uncommunicative with their service towards us. I had to get my toenails done twice because the first lady completely stuffed it up and in the end we were there for at least 3 & 1/2 hours before walking out that door with semi-decent nails. Even then, one of my toes was still scratched and stuffed up second time round I discovered when I got to the car. My friend rang to complain about the whole situation but the lady just laughed at us like it was a joke and refused to give our money back after we explained how unhappy we were with the service and nail job. Also I noticed later that day from the receipt that the girl at the counter overcharged us $5 for the total price. I don't usually write reviews and am not fussy but this experience was so bad, I felt the need to share. Careless worker cut me and it got infected and now my finger looks messed up. Assuming equipment wasn't sterilised properly. After all that pain and suffering it still wasn't buffered properly, never had so many little cuts around my nails before its just careless! Not happy! Read Less
