After a long day at work, a friend and I decided we would go to a new nail shop and get a pedicure. I had never had a pedicure before but was willing to sit through the experience. Everything was fine and the shop was quite busy until the lady doing my toes pulled out the little metal tool they use to scrape the dead skin off your feet. After one minute of scraping, she cut a chunk of skin off my the end of my heel! She put a tiny bit of cotton on it for a moment then continued on. The blood was dripping into the pool of water my foot was resting in and I actually had to stop her to ask her to get something to stop the bleeding. EVEN WORSE, after cutting my foot she simply took the tool, dipped it into the water my foot was soaking in and continued on! It was unsanitary and disgusting. I have been unable to walk on my foot the passed 4.5 days and have a doctors appointment tomorrow as it is not heeling but is throbbing. When I left the store, the only thying they did was give me my $10 paint job for free. No one took my number or any information to check in on the incident following. My daughter Chloe and I go every so often to the Car on sale shop. We both get the spa pedicure and she also gets acrylic nails done. I like the calf massage that is part of the spa pedicure. We always have a laugh when we go there and feel indulged. The ladies are nice and will chat if you are sociable yourself. The massage chairs fit big bottoms and are relaxing. The ladies work hard and often have to delay food and toilet breaks, so that clients aren't left waiting or being neglected. You get a professional service in a busy environment. So today I said I'd try them again, give them another go-big mistake!!! Having a pedicure 3 staff were so busy speaking in their own language that my pedicure girl was laughing and took a chunk out of my foot. They need to realise they are using blades and scissors in this profession and need to act professional-that is their business name after all. Horrible experience been in there 4 time to try and get them to re paint as its been a horrible Job and the colour won't stay on. I have been ignored when ever I go in and the ladies that painted my nails before were horrible to me giving me glares when I came to get them fixed Read Less

I had an appointment scheduled for 6pm and I arrived promptly on time. And I sat and waited for 30 minutes. Then the manager came to me and said they were "too busy" for my appointment and I needed to come back the following day. There were several walk ins that came in right before me that were taken ahead. Will never come back. Read Less

Mmm, ok. I love getting my nails done, but I do not like it when people speak in another language, laugh and then continue to do my nails as if i'm not there..This might be something i have to get over but it doesn't mean i like it. However, the man that set up my appointment was so lovely! My nails were looked after well and i left with some lovely lovely fingertips.
