The photos looked really nice and it was busy so I thought I would give this place a go because I was in a rush. The place is extremely unclean and I felt uncomfortable sitting down because it looked like the seats hadnt been cleaned in months. The arm rests and workstation was also extremely dirty and I didn't want to put my arms on it but didn't really have much choice. The lady who did my infills was nice and quick, but after I got home I realised what a dodgy job she did and the colour looked completely different to the one I chose. I washed my hands and they didn't even have proper paper towels or hand towels and only had cheap napkins that completely dispersed when I dried my hands and was really gross. When I went to pay with my card the lady pointed to a small sign that said that the EFTPOS wasn't available (did not tell me this at the start) and I had to walk to the ATM and go back to pay. Pretty disappointed. My wedding is on Saturday and went to get my nails done today. Got SNS on my real nails. When I got home to really observe my nails it was obvious she filed to much on the index fingers and there is a large “bump” at start of nail. The colour does not go right down to bottom also. They knew about the occasion so should have had someone well experienced to do it. She seemed confused over the SNS process also which became a worry! She was also friendly at the beginning but then became abrupt. As I am from Melbourne I chose this salon based on reviews and also friendliness over the phone. Different story in the salon however but the owner seemed very lovely and was talking to all clients. Do not recommend this place unfortunately. Update - on the day of my wedding one of my nails had cracked. You can imagine how upset I was about this. A week later more nails had cracked and had to be redone a week and a half later. Went for a pedicure and very disappointed. Water was lukewarm at best, massaging chair was very poor quality and old compared to all the others I have been to. Salon was run down and dirty, including the towel I was given. Everywhere I looked I saw old, run down and dirty. And yet the price was more than in better salons. Will never return. Read Less

Very unhappy with the service. I asked for them to only go a little shorter, they took my nails down by 6mm. When they asked for me to check the length in a nail, that nail is the longest. One even has been taken right down to the fresh of my finger tip, when originally they exceed 10mm. This now can only be fixed with tips, which is frustrating as they were my natural nails. They have shaped nails unnaturally. It looks like fake nails that I have stuck on. I am devastated my natural nails have been ruined and would not recommend them to anyone. Read Less

I had a full set of acrylics done 7 days ago, one has already fallen off and the rest look like they're 4 weeks old as the lady that did them left a big gap between my cuticle and the acrylic, I went here for the first time based on reviews but I definitely wouldn't recommend it to anyone. I wanted to like this place- they did a great job on my feet, but actually cut the side of my finger near my cuticle while someone started my manicure while I was still having my pedicure. There was some blood, and they didn't really try to clean it- just kept going on like nothing happened. By the time I got home, I was in a great deal of pain and had to clean it out and wear a band aid... which destroys the look of my nice manicure. Tried Colour Nails for the first time last weekend. I have previously been using a different salon in the center. Colour nails was $10 cheaper, I was offered a cup of tea (which was the best one I have had in ages too) and they have an outstanding choice of colours.Read Less

The worst experience I've ever had! Came in to have my old acrylic nails removed and a new set put on like I always do. They were removed from one side only causing my own nail to be ripped off on the opposite side. When clipping my nails, on 2 of them, the skin was clipped because they didn't check under my nails first, causing my fingers to bleed everywhere. After being asked to put my name on a list then come back in half an hour, return...then asked to come back in another half an hour....to which i reply you have already asked me to do this....i get sat down for yet another 45 minutes, while other people walk straight in and get attended to. Ended up walking out because the staff are clueless and rude nattering in their native tongue to each other. Dont waste your time going. While my nails looked great when I got them done last Thursday, one week on, with them having grown a little I notice the acrylic near the cuticle is lifting on every nail. It looks terrible. They firstly talk to you very nice and said they can do anything. But once my girlfriend and I both sat down to get started, the service went down hill. We feel like we were part of manufacture process. All they did were crappy job and fake verbal advertise. We will not go back again. Such poor quality and low customer service.
