I'd been going here for several years , until about a year ago was the last time I went. They are supposed dehydrate the nail plate and use a primer. But nothing at all this time. One week later, one of my nails had lifted off. Not really impressed to pay $45 for plain french with a gel overlay.

My nails were goid for a day then the paint started coming off and by day four two of my nails were white and day 6 one of the snapped in half.

I think this is one of the better nail places around the Redlands. I got a pedicure here with shellac and found the staff professional and friendly.
The tools came out of sanitised plastic bags and looked nice and clean which I think is extremely important.
Did a good job and cheap!

Absolutely disgusted with the manicure i recieved today and to be charged $35 is even more outrageous.
I thought I would try somewhere different to my normal reliable place i go to as i was already down at capalaba pk so i went into Qt nails and wanted a manicure with shellac polish.
Well i was quickly seated and 5 min into it i was asked to move seats then after a very quick soak in the plain water this girl started to cut my cuticles and yes she did just that . Nearly every single finger had not just little nicks but chunks taken out on the corners of the cuticles i was bleeding on nearly every finger and not one single apology. She didnt even put on any of that liquid stuff that helps stop the bleeding she just continued to paint over the top of the bleeding nails then i had to put them under the heat lamp which made them hurt more .
Then im thinking geez after all this i didnt even get a massage all i got was a very small amount of cream on the top of my hand and she didnt even rub it all in properly before i was told to wash my hand and i had to pay by cash as the eftos machine was not working. Reluctantly i paid the $35 and walked out .
I had not gotten 5 meters aways from the door before all my fingers were bleeding again and i thought stuff this , this is not right so i went back in and asked could i at least have some stuff to stop my fingers from bleeding so another lady gave me some drops , she was discusted herself along with 2 other customers.
I had said to this lady i dont think i should be paying for it and she didnt say anything and i said it again she she got the manager and she came over had alook and said sorry and gave me back $20.
In all honesty i should have been given back a full refund not just $20 .
I dont think paying $15 to be butched was worth it at all.
Qt nails you have certainly lost my business and any of business from my friends and family im very discusted in the service i recieved . I have taken photos of my hands and i feel like exposing you to a current affairs.
