Had my nails done today. Wanted almond shaped nails and the lady told me no. She filed it in a square right off the bat and I had long nails and wanted to keep the length. Then I told her I wanted matte colouring on top and she told me no she didn’t like matte and that it made nails look old. When I got her to try one finger in matte she rolled her eyes at me and sighed. At the end the nail polish was bumpy and peeling on the edges and I showed her. She told me it was my fault ? I asked her to fix the one and she did and when I pointed out the other one...she fixed it but first told me nothing was wrong with it . She told me it would be 5 dollars extra for the matte and then when we were finally done she charged me 10 dollars extra. It was the worst time and just ended up stressing me out . Read Less

I visited this spa 2days ago, yes they were very busy but efficient. From my experience every customer was provided with a good service. Personally I was very pleased with my Pedicure which I had made an appointment for, glad I did in view of how busy they were, drop on were welcome but needed to return at a later time. I found it a good tip that my footwear, thongs, were put on by staff prior to application of nail polish, reduces risk of damage when putting on footwear afterwards otherwise. Staff all wearing lovely professional uniform but some seem to have limited English but always smiling. A good experience,I recommend this shop, even though I am only a visitor. Read Less

Possibly the worst I've ever had my nails done! They refused to fix the shape of my nails no matter how politely I asked! I left with wonky misshaped nails and shellac polish that was so lumpy it made my nails look even more disfigured! I much preferred this nail salon when Mai would do my nails! Read Less

Horrible experience. I went in for a pedicure. I am visiting from out of state. Putting my foot in the water i accidentally splashed her a little. She was so rude about it and then proceded to make comments like yuck,gross and disgusting when scrubbing my feet. I know it's not a nice job but i am paying her to do it. Terrible, do not waste your money. I went in for a manicure and left with nails worse than I walked in with. They filed them crooked and every time I pointed it out she filed them but did not fix them. She rushed the whole time and couldn't speak any English, the staff member next to her had to translate. My mother told me later that she had been to the same salon a year ago for apedicure and it gave her tinea. Read Less

I had not been to this store for over a year because of unsanitary practices. I decided to give it another go. Nothing at all enjoyable about the experience, assistant was sullen, lazy and did very sloppy work. I asked not to take much of the nails and she cut my big toe nail to the quick and crooked on one foot. That toe is now sore. My feet feel like all the moisture has been sucked out of them, they are rough and dry. I have even rubbed coconut oil into them and they still feel dry. I will never go there again. Read Less
