Horrible experience! I went to this place for a "foot massage" because Ren Natural therapy around the corner didnt have an appointment free for 90mins. Honestly, being a nail spa i wasnt expecting much, but i think almost any other person on this earth could do a better job than this lady. They had a vacant massage room but asked me to sit in a pedi chair under the neon lights, she began by scrubbing my feet and almost rubbed the skin off my ankles, started to perform the massage with foot scrub instead of oil/cream which i had to ask her to remove as i was worried i was going to start bleeding, and she basically just rubbed my shins the entire time. On top of all of this, she was rude and i felt like she was rushing/impatient to finish. I run my own business in the local area and my feet get sore as i spend most of my day standing. If i hadnt come straight from work still wearing the business name on my shirt, i would have asked her to stop and left. I did also find it quite disgusting that she didnt wash the foot spa at the end and wondered how many other peoples feet had previously been in there since it had last been washed. My feet were still sore as before i went to this place, only the skin was rubbed red raw. My advice is to wait until ren natural theraphy have an appointment available or book in advance! Read Less

By far the WORST experience I have ever had at a nail salon, and I've had some pretty terrible experiences. Went in to get a refill done on my acrylic nails with coloured tips and the lady who did my nails only refilled the acrylic and in the process had taken most of the colour off the tips only leave bits and pieces of the original colour behind, when she said she was finished I was shocked. I asked her why she would leave the tips in that kind of condition and she simply said I didn't ask her to to anything else with the tips. It wasn't even as if she had taken the whole original colour off, my nails looked absolutely disgusting. She tried to argue that's what I had asked for and when I said that was fine I would go somewhere else she offered to fix them up. In the end I was charged $60 for an infill that took over an hour and a half, and they are still disappointing. Will never be stepping foot in this butcher shop again!! Read Less
