Worst nail shop I have ever been too! They treated me like i was an inconvenience when I asked for a pedicure. A lady commenced it roughly and without any passion what so ever and ended up cutting me and as soon as I saw blood on my toe and she tried to put the solution on my toe to stop the blood I walked up and left. So upsetting at 39 weeks pregnant when all I wanted to do was relax for 20 mins at least. This was all after I hesitantly went there after another bad experience with them a few months ago. No stars. Please be an option for zero stars. This was the worst nail experience ever. Don't get me started what is wrong with this place. I really even don't want to be bothered writing anything because I'm so p.o'ed so I'll put in point form because this place doesn't deserve my energy. 1. Dirty premises. 2. Told what I wanted once over the phone and 4 times in person and still getting asked what I wanted. 3. Didn't get what I actually booked in for. 4. Man (assuming manager) was vacuuming around me while I was getting service (thanks for banging into my chair with the vacuum twice assho/e). 5. Man and nail technician constantly talking to each other. 6. My nail technician spending more time looking up at her staff and giving them direction while servicing me instead of concentrating on my nails. 7. Having to ask the nail tech to clean the left over polish on my fingers-then she said she couldn't-I suggested polish remover or acetone (can't believe I'm suggesting). 8. Was asked asked to leave as they were closing so my drying time was cut short. Find another place Read Less
