We are from out of town and wanted a couple’s pedi session, we did some googling and decided it was worth spending the little extra to come somewhere with a good reputation. So we booked for 2 deluxe pedicures. Upon arrival the receptionist was great, offered us refreshments straight away and gave us an approx wait time for when our appointment should be ready. Once the girls were ready for us, they also made sure that we were good on refreshments. We were given our treatments by Jess and Natasha (manager). They were super friendly, funny and professional. Attracted to Sheer Bliss initially because of the quality products they use (Dr Moy, Medik8) and also in much need of a facial and some "me" time after having had a baby 10 weeks ago. My experience was great! Jess allowed me to relax completely and I fell asleep a few times during the treatment. I visited the salon yesterday for an eyebrow wax and the service that I received was excellent. I have been unhappy with the results of my last few appointments at another salon and felt that I had been rushed and not listened to. The therapist that I had yesterday was professional, knowledgeable and gentle. She heard my concerns, was considered with her approach and I was thrilled with my treatment and the end result. I had the pleasure of attending Sheer Bliss at Caloundra this weekend (Saturday 28th June) with my two girlfriends for a massage each. It's our holiday ritual to go treat ourselves and we were most impressed with the beautifully adorned, divine smelling salon and the two lovely ladies who took care of us and fitted us in with very late notice. The girls were very warm and friendly, accommodating and professional and made us feel most welcome and relaxed. They went above and beyond to fuss over us and we left feeling very pampered and spoiled. The little touches like the amazing smelling hand towels and tropical juice on arrival, and chocolates upon completion were very sweet as well.
