Every time I go, I leave disappointed. Clearly I’m the idiot that keeps going back but this recent trip will most certainly be the last. Their service is awful, they take on far too many clients. Clients who have called a head of time are forgotten about and made to wait. Their work isn’t so flash either. They can’t do ombré nails but offer that option. They don’t charge the same prices for the same work. The amount I paid this time was different to the amount I paid last time. Also the amount I paid this time was different to the quote the gave the lady next to me although we got the exact same work done. I would not go back ever again! Came in for just a refil and was told all my nails were lifting and I needed a new set, when she was trying to take them off she was having so much trouble and it was extremely painful and she she continued and ripped off the nail and ripped my real with it and then continued to shave it down when you could visibly see my nail was bleeding! The WORST customer service i have ever experienced! I asked for something the response cant do! Showed another picture (very simple) she tried twice and kept shaking her head and then CAN'T DO wiped it off and walked away so 3rd time lucky NOT WANT I WANTED someone else finished it she didnt speak to me when i said thank you good bye SO RUDE. The next day one snapped straight off so rang i was very polite and said i would pop up the next morning. They where all so rude to me the shape of that ONE nail was horrible she was throwing my hand around in the light ect then said when light goes off u GO!.when i left i said am i right as in do i need to pay? She grunted at me and said whatever! My mother also had her nails done and 2 days later the gel chipped off she went back and they say ahhh your fault u picked wrong paint.... UNREAL! Read Less

Nail length and shape were nice but had small air bubbles through every nail. When I mentioned this to them they said that it was normal and looked nice. Given I had asked for a natural French polish, no they didn't look nice, they looked like false nails with air bubbles through them. Again I said I wasn't happy with them, the end result was not a nice look at all but they still charged me full price and looked at me in silence. Certainly not money well spent. They do a great job but whenever I come in here they take in too many clients that they can handle and try to juggle them all at one time! It takes them almost an hour to do a refill because they are constantly getting up and trying to 3 peoples nails in one freakin go. Really fed up with the serviceRead Less

Had the worst experience ever! Thought I would give these guys a try and what a mistake it was!! Nails are uneven, they broke my real nail when trying to take off my acrylic nails they couldn't give me what I asked for and totally over charged me!!!! Have been coming here for over 2 years. Anna does an amazing job of my nails.. They never lift and I get loads of compliments. Having moved I still drive down from the north side to get them done as I haven't found anyone else to do as good a job.Read Less
