Untrained staff, very unhygienic. I would not even give them a 1 star. Went to get done Brazilian and face wax . Staff dropped wax twice on my new white dress and even didn’t bother to apologize. She ...
Untrained staff, very unhygienic. I would not even give them a 1 star. Went to get done Brazilian and face wax . Staff dropped wax twice on my new white dress and even didn’t bother to apologize. She even doesn’t really speak or understand English . I tried to clean off the wax by myself with the wet towel but couldn’t come off was still very sticky. I told the wax lady, well she use a cotton ball with oil on it instead off cleaning she dropped a lot of oil on my dress with very big 2 patches. I have to meet up some one after but she just ruined my whole with wax and oil patches. I shouldn’t even pay . I would highly recommended not to go to this shop.

Recently visited this store. I asked for a pedicure and manicure with gel. All the girls in there were busy so he called a girl from their other store to come down. Great price. Very pleasant experience. I would recommend this business. Loving my fresh nails 😁

Low quality work and half trained staff. Wouldnt reccommmend. You ask for gel they'll give you clear acrylics. 😡 Bleh..

Been going there for years and always friendly staff and great service. Last time I got my nails done; the lady didn't ask me what length and shape I wanted and did her own thing. When I said I wanted shorter, she said "yes I'll do this first then shorten them".. but she didn't. I told her right before she painted them I wanted them shorter, and she quickly shorten them which made them an ugly shape and quickly painted them which caused bubbles. I went back the next day to fix and the staff sat me down straight away and helped me for no extra cost. I am giving them five stars because one bad problem will not change my mind about them - especially after they helped fix the problem

Been going there for years and always friendly staff and great service. Last time I got my nails done; the lady didn't ask me what length and shape I wanted and did her own thing.
