Hello me & daughter went to this salon on the 22nd November because my daughter was getting married on the following Saturday I have nails that I get infilled every couple of weeks and my daughter wonted nails for her big Day and the technician who did me only filled them and it was a shocker to and we also had our feet down but us you can see the 2 nd technician use a razor blade on my feet she made me bleed and also I did advise her I am diabetic and it was like just shrugged it off they charged me and my daughter 2x nails 2x feet cost me $238.00 and then because we were not happy with the poorly of how nails we the had to go somewhere else pay never $160.00 and I had to have a Techna shot us well so I would like to get full refund

The customer service at this salon is terrible!
I had a training staff member glue tips on all my nails wrong that the next lady taking over from her had to rip them all off my nails after they had been on there for over 20 mins..it was torture!
Yes it wasn't her fault but have somebody watching her or "training" her from the start. I wasnt happy about this and let them know and the staff member went on for the whole time I was there and continued to death stare me.. it was the most awkward experience not only did I literally get my nails ripped off but had the staff member go on and treat me like that.
Never apologized and the staff were talking in another language behind customers backs not concentrating on the job. I find this extremely rude this has to stop!
Please teach your staff manners and respect! At the price we are paying we could go most other places and get amazing customer service. This is going to send your company downhill very fast. If something does not change.

SNS lasted one week max. Had previously gone here with generally happy outcomes. But after my last two experiences I will not return.

I just got SNS done on my nails this afternoon, I am a regular customer but today the standard of my nails were terrible. All my nails are shaped differently and while a girl was filling my nails she cut me with the nail file and proceeded to file over the top of my bleeding nail. I’m am truly disappointed in the service I had received today and I will be asking for a full refund tomorrow morning as I was their last client and I feel like they wanted me out because they were in a rush. It was only 5.10pm and the shop closes at 5.30pm. Very disappointing and I will no longer be visiting this nail salon

Worst nail salon experience of my life. I had SNS nails done and the experience took me 1 hour and 40 minutes. Absolutely ridiculous. I was seen almost straight away however I was then abandoned for almost an hour. I stood up to leave and only then did they find someone to help me. The male host did not apologise when I was finalising the bill or show any empathy AT ALL. Within 1 week two of the nails had broken in half and the others had chips at the ends. Just over 1 week and another had completely fallen off. I called up to let them know however when I came into the store the host showed no empathy and refused to redo the nails (only the ones that he could see had fallen off). Absolutely the worst customer service experience of my life - at the salon and trying to get the nails corrected. I will never return.

Dropped by for a walk-in Mani/Pedi around 4.15pm Monday afternoon with my Mum. We were told to make our color selections and then sit down so our service could begin. My Mum is a little worried about ...
Dropped by for a walk-in Mani/Pedi around 4.15pm Monday afternoon with my Mum. We were told to make our color selections and then sit down so our service could begin. My Mum is a little worried about hygiene so when she saw that the nail technician was using a nail file that had clearly already been put to use she politely asked if they could perhaps use a new one on her. Her nail technician became extremely annoyed and after this both ladies working on our toes were exchanging angry looks and conversing in Vietnamese with each other.I don't speak the language but something told me they were saying less than professional things about us, especially when paired with the filthy looks and snickers.Our nails looked nice and there was one staff member who was polite but the other two were awful. Extra crap at the end when they were pressuring us to pay before they'd even painted our nails and trying to rush us out the door. Will not be returning.
