Honestly the ladies In this shop were so rude. This was my first time coming into this nail bar, they completely ignored me for an hour straight, seemed to be only talking to the locals. My grandmother had gone in a couple of weeks earlier to try and get me a voucher and she said the lady was so rude it was disgusting. I’ve had two other friends go to this place and they said both the girls attitude is horrible. The lady who was doing my nails answered her phone for about 5 minutes right in the middle of it. I would happily say I’m never coming back to this place again and would not recommend it.

The nail techs here (Gabi and Sam) are so incredibly talented, professional and helpful. I came in with an absolutely horrible set of nails done by another very well known salon in Miami, and these girls fixed everything. Sam made time for me in her busy schedule to fit in a longer appointment so she could carefully remove the old acrylic. She was meticulous and made me feel so comfortable whilst removing the old product. The new set she gave me are incredible, she’s so talented and experienced! They made me feel so welcome and now I know this is the only place I’ll ever get my nails done ever again. They’re also extremely hygenic and you never feel rushed out the door like most other salons. I love my nails and will be coming back.

Rip off. My two girls went to get their nails done both 14. They charged them both 10 more than their ADVERTISED PRICE and told them it was because they had to cut the tips they put on... since when do you NOT cut the tips before applying acrylic overlay!! Totally took advantage of 2 young girls. Then nails pop off next day. No answer when I called.

Always go back to the salon but feel that I don't get the right service. When I make an appointment I expect for that person to see me only but no end up getting 3 different people at once. They thin out there nail polish , don't measure the length of my nails , had my full set on for a week & they broke . my toes are all chipped & they don't do nothing about it & say that its my fault.

I use to have no issues and loved coming here. The last two times the staff was lazy and not very friendly. I had to ask them to trim my nails for the pedicure and she only scrubbed one sole of my foo...
I use to have no issues and loved coming here. The last two times the staff was lazy and not very friendly. I had to ask them to trim my nails for the pedicure and she only scrubbed one sole of my foot. Then the lady who was doing my pedicure passed me on to someone else to paint my toes. So I was left sitting there for ten minutes waiting for someone to paint them while the first lady went on to doing another pedicure. The second person who painted them stopped doing the persons nails she was working on to paint mine. Very rude. I don't think I will be back.

Honestly the ladies In this shop were so rude. This was my first time coming into this nail bar, they completely ignored me for an hour straight, seemed to be only talking to the locals. My grandmother had gone in a couple of weeks earlier to try and get me a voucher and she said the lady was so rude it was disgusting. The nail techs here (Gabi and Sam) are so incredibly talented, professional and helpful. I came in with an absolutely horrible set of nails done by another very well known salon in Miami, and these girls fixed everything.
