I have to leave an honest review for my personal experience, customer service was fine I made a booking they were running behind so I did have to wait an additional 15minutes but I’m understanding as I know it’s busy and luckily I’m not in a rush, the nail technician did a good job in regards to my treatment however the finish is extremely poor in not even 6 hours after my appointment this is what my nails look like I did not bump my toes or anything, in fact my feet were treated like royalty for the evening. I don’t want to go back to get them fixed as this was my first experience there and my last. It’s unfortunate as it wasn’t cheap but it certainly looks it. You really saved my nails for my big day! If I didn’t see you every fortnight to help grow and strengthen my nails who knows what they would have been like! You helped me find the perfect wedding day colour and you were so accommodating to my busy schedule. My bridesmaids loved their nails and the colours, they just look so beautiful in all the close ups! You really did spoil all of us when we came in the day before the wedding, I could not recommend anywhere else to go for a glass of champagne and to get your nails done for your big day! Read Less
