If I could give no stars I would, just because they renovated and changed a few things in their shop doesn't mean they are better than they were before. I had a pedi and refill last night although the lady who did my pedi was really nice the lady doing my refill was an absolute B****. She didn't want to be there doing my nail, first of all they lady doing my pedi miss communicated to her that I was also having a refill so she got annoyed about that, then argued with me when I told her what I would like for my nails colour wise told me i couldn't do what i wanted and continued to paint them the colour i didn't ask for. I told her to stop but she kept on going and ignored me, i also tried to pull my hand away but she wouldn't let me. Then I argued with the owner because i wasn't paying full price for my refill as I didn't get what I asked for, she said pay full amount or I will call the police I told her to call the Police but I wasn't paying for something when I didn't ask for. We eventually got to a point that we could agree on and I left. I wouldn't go there again if I was paid a million dollars. Ridiculously rude, i will be taking my business to Professionail from now on. Read Less

I went to get a spa pedicure with my sisters and their daughters for Christmas. We were made to wait an hour and 10 minutes. When 3 chairs became available they seated one of my sisters and her daughter. Then they gave one of the other seats to a woman who just walked in to the salon. An hour and 10 minutes went by so slow and they then told us they closed at 9pm. We only had about 10 minutes before they closed. They quickly sat my sister and I down and did our spa pedicure in under 10 minutes. The same lady that was seated in the 3rd spare seat had been there for 35 minutes by now and the guy who did my feet was able to complete a 40 minute spa pedicure in under 10 minutes for me. It was such a terrible experience. He didn’t even paint my toes nails fully and when he scrubbed my feet they were so sore. We went back to get our pedicures fixed because unfortunately they have a no refund policy. But even trying to explain to them their terrible job on our spa pedicures was a painful experience because they didn’t want to fix it and they just kept going off in Vietnamese. It was overall just a horrendous and uncomfortable experience. Don’t waste your money and don’t waste your time. If they want to run a business they should be more professional and allow their customers an enjoyable and relaxing experience. My sisters and I did not get any of that from them at all. Read Less

Worst experience ever!!!! Don't have time to pamper myself and when I do get a mani and pedi my experience is amazing. Treated like a queen. Here at CT Nails, we left like they rushed the whole experience. Pedi was the worst! Due to the training I do my feet get beaten, so to finally get time away from family to get some me time. Woman who did mine didn't smile once, however made a lot of noise when I changed my mind from gel to normal only because it was the worse experience ever! Manager said if I wanted it longer I'm meant to ask for it........ then she said "$55 please" Only go here if the lines are too long at the other places but if you can AVOID IT! Read Less

I called up and asked if I could make an appointment and they said yes then hung up, Not getting my name, what time e.t.c. So I called back and she made me an appointment later that day I came in and she said she was booked and my name was no where on the list! Very angry! Read Less

This is my regular nail place. The girls are the usual combination of students and lifers but I swear they test these folks on their freehand drawing and art skills. If I point out two or three of the board nail art and say "something like that" I end up with the most amazing original nail art and since I introduced the feature nail concept they even pick the color for the feature nail after asking a few pointed questionsWhile the girls will happily talk among themselves if you don't want to engage they all know English and are happy to engage if you want to chatPlace is clean and each station is cleaned between each use.  I mostly get pedicures but they are great with manicures as well both on natural nail and applying acrylic and gels.
