Not so perfect nail- gave me a fungal infection causing me to lose my big toenail- when I questioned them about the big black spot on my toenail she told me I must have dropped something on my big toe as it was a bruise. 2 weeks later I lost my big toenail. Never go here! Read Less

I don't like to write reviews, but I hope to no one goes through the same experience I did. I get my nails infilled often and as you can imagine I have an idea of what the finished product of a regular infill + shallac should look like. At first everything appeared to be normal, I know my nails will look a little uneven and slightly wonky until the final touches are done before the shellac is applied, BUT not this time! I had to stop the nail tech, ask if I she minded reshaping them a little bit, to which she rolled her eyes at me. We sat there in an awkward silence until I realised she wasn't going to reshape my nails. I then asked if I could borrow her nail file (I have NEVER had to ask or do this before). I then noticed that she had filed my index fingernail on such an angle it was beginning to resemble a right angle triangle :( I asked if it was possible to have a little bit more acrylic applied to rebuild this part of my nail. She snatched my hand put some acrylic on and proceeded to tel me it was because I have "bad nails"... I chose to ignore this and just sat there. She then paused, looked at me and said "you need to pay now". I replied with "yes, I will pay when my nails are done. I'm an honest person so I will pay you, but I am upset at the shape of my nails". The nail tech rolled her eyes, snatched my hand (again), then began applying the shellac. Once she was done I paid $55 for the service, I didn't ask for a discount OR demand it free due to the terrible quality, but I did stop to say "I work in this mall and I've directed other people to come here. I just want you to know I'm upse - " I was rudely interrupted by another nail tech who said, and I quote: "It because your nail bad. Not us. It you. I'm happy for you to never come back again". I told her I wouldn't be coming back, I expect better quality for $55 and because of this I'm upset. She then repeated "I'm happy for you never come back. You don't come back again lady". Just before I left I said "I won't be returning. Your customer service isn't very good and I'm very upset with the job". The two nail technicians kept yelling as I walked off. I didn't care to wait and see what they were saying, no good could have come of it... So, unless you want to pay around $60 do get a low quality infill + bad customer service + get abused (as you try to give your feed back), I recommend going ANYWHERE else but here. Read Less

Worst experience and service ever. Had an infill with shellac. Charged me $50. They didn't apply the polish properly so within 2 hours the shellac was peeling off. Went back the following day to have it fixed. Same thing happened again. I went back again and asked them to just remove the remaining polish and they said it would cost me $15. Can't be serious to want to charge me more to fix their dodgy work!! Save your money ladies. They take advantage of holiday makers.Read Less
