If I could vote 0 stars I would. Came in with mother in law and sister in law... sister in law and I both asked for the exact same nails. Charged $75 for her and $80 for me. FOR THE EXACT SAME THING!!! Extremely overpriced and terrible quality. The nails went yellow under the acrylic after a week and started falling off after 1.5 weeks. I have been getting my nails done for years and never seen/experienced such poor quality and rude staff. Seemed like we were annoying them and they wanted to close early. The worst service I have ever had! I came in to get a pedi, they filled up the spa and left me from that point. I had to turn the tap off myself before it started to overflow. More customers came in and the staff set up their baths with bubbles. I had to turn my own bubbles on since I was the only customer without. 15 min later more customers came in and were served. It got to half an hour before I realised that everyone was getting served except for me. I walked out and only 1 lady said I'm sorry and that is it ! I called up after to explain this reason of why I walked out. They never asked me to come back in or compensate they just said "agh yeah I'm sorry" and that is it. I am absolutely disgusted and disappointed that this has happened to me twice at this salon, being a long term loyal customer. I will never return or recommend this salon and lazy inconsiderate service to anyone. Read Less

Sonja was Excellent! She was luckily available on short notice and gave my mom a wonderful mani/pedi at REX hospital. She is very professional and organized and asked all the right questions prior to arrival. She and my mom enjoyed great conversation. My mother and I both highly recommend Sonja! Read Less

Absolutely terrible. I had an SNS Nail Manicure and a Shellac Pedicure, the pedicure was average however the manicure was horrendous. My cuticles were bleeding, the glue is all under my nails and even patches on my fingertips, the technician had filed a corner of the thick polish off, the application was too thick and the shaping made my nails look like painted discs. Went in this afternoon! Terrible experience had three women working on my nails! I live in Darwin and they do such a beautiful job however here they lacked experience and technique at the place .. the owner worked on my nails and ended up taking chunks out of the colour and making them so thick! Would not go back - Told the lady at reception that I only had 1 hour. Had 3 different women work on my manicure & pedicure. Walked out 2 hours later. Pedicure was not up to standards - my heels were forgotten about. Read Less

The girls are very nice and friendly however my nails polish is always lumpy and has odd dust particals in it. I gave them 3 goes just to make it fair and every time my nails were retry average so I'm probably going somewhere else next time. Read Less
