Had a nail fill and polish done. Within 2 days, polish pealed off and the the quality of the acrylic fill under the peaked polish was awful. Really badly done for an overpriced Salon. Staff rushed too much because busy. Now have to pay to have redone as away on holidays!!! Not happy!!!!

Quoted me $60 on the phone for shellac mani pedi, which got me in the chair. They did the job then charged me $100. Wouldn't budge when I said I was quoted a different price. If it wasn't for the daylight robbery prices and lying about the cost, I would have given them four stars as they didn't do a bad job. The reviews about the terrible customer service are legit.

Beautiful salon and friendly staff, first time I've been offered a hot drink whilst getting my nails done. Technitian did exactly what I wanted had a great sense of humour which made my experience an enjoyable one. Will definately be back

Terrible service. I took my mum here for mother's Day. The staff member that attended to me was so rude. I have never had such poor service like this before. She hit me on the hand with her nail file, instead of asking me to move my hand and made faces at me. Uncomfortable experience, I will never return again.

I wish I could choose a star lower than a 1. The whole experience wasn't great but then the real clincher was when I was charged $50 for a shellac manicure. I have never paid over $35. I was told I was charged for removing the existing shellac I had - on two nails! Don't know where they get the idea they can charge way above market rate.. since they didn't do a great job.

I can't understand the negative reviews. I had an amazing experience here. The staff was very friendly and genuinely helpful when I explained what service I was after. The technician that gave me the S&S treatment was very sweet and gentle, but quick. I can't say anything negative whatsoever.

Insanely overpriced, not to mention the staff are rude and rough. I was not given the service that I paid for today. Even left my toes bleeding after using the tools to scrape away cuticles. Great work guys, great work. Would strongly advise against going here to anyone.

Had a nail fill and polish done. Within 2 days, polish pealed off and the the quality of the acrylic fill under the peaked polish was awful. Really badly done for an overpriced Salon. Staff rushed too much because busy. Now have to pay to have redone as away on holidays!!! Not happy!!!!

I wish I could choose a star lower than a 1. The whole experience wasn't great but then the real clincher was when I was charged $50 for a shellac manicure. I have never paid over $35. I was told I was charged for removing the existing shellac I had - on two nails! Don't know where they get the idea they can charge way above market rate.. since they didn't do a great job.

Insanely overpriced, not to mention the staff are rude and rough. I was not given the service that I paid for today. Even left my toes bleeding after using the tools to scrape away cuticles. Great work guys, great work. Would strongly advise against going here to anyone.
