My gel was soft and smudged off upon leaving...I had to pick up my kids..or I would have went back .then leave the next day for vacation..with my scuffed peeling nails I have never ever had gel do this...it had to have been old polish...I had plenty of UV drying. I just started working in this area and had been on a hunt for a new nail salon. I LOVE this place. Tony takes his time and does an amazing job. It shocks me to see some of these reviews because I have received nothing but optimum customer service. So much so that I referred one of my good friends! I approached this place as I needed a quick eyebrow wax. It looked dingy so I assumed the prices would be reflect this & be reasonable. I ended up also agreeing to an eyelash tint. An eyebrow tint was also added although I didn't think it was necessary. When I went to pay I was very shocked that it was $95. An absolute rip off considering it is just a dingy salon. Really awful salon. Incredibly expensive and does not last. I was greeted by "Deborah" I can only presume, who instantly had a patronising tone. I overlooked it, and thinking that she was knowledgable, decided to trust her. What a mistake. My manicure / pedicure barely lasted a few days never mind a week - it's not even as though it's bumped and chipped but practically rubbed off! I can see from other reviews that this is similar, and can understand the knock back they've had when trying to dispute it. The lady may seem sweet to your face, but I guarantee as soon as she has your money, she wouldn't give you the time of day. Avoid this place if you want a) nice nails b) a nicer bank balance! The owner Tony is very rude not friendly at all. To many yes maam no maam to me, very annoying. The workers are not that great on my hands and feet.... One lady that gave me a pedicure over a year ago dropped one of the filing tools on the floor and started using it on my feet after being on the floor. I was a customer for 2 years and as a hotel manager I used to treat my staff regularly. The work done is pretty good it is just the bad attitudes that I could no longer deal with. On my last visit the owner's wife made a rude comment about my hair and they had a very confrontational attitude with my hearing impaired daughter!
