Charge for ridiculous things like drilling off gel polish when it takes 60 seconds and less time than removing regular polish. I booked an appointment ahead of time - they were 10 min late starting and my service was interrupted multiple times whilst the lady attended to other clients, which made me late getting back to the office. Think it's especially rude considering I had an appointment. Asked her not to put gel polish on the ends of my nails because it chips and she just argued with me and did it any way. Poor service and management. I just got my gel nails off but a staff hurt my nails...just because she treated my nails carelessly. And although there were six or more customers, they handled them with just four staffs. Therefore customers including me had to wait long during a service. There was not a receptionist, so a staff answered phone calls many times during doing customer's nails. Never ever come back. Read Less

Great service and great nails. I was lucky enough to be served by the owner who was extremely talented and lovely to chat to. I warned in advance that I only had 45mins to spare and she was able to fit a manicure in easily without me feeling rushed at all. I would highly recommend this salon! Read Less

Horrible services! If I could give 0 stars I would. I went in gave my gift certificate to the lady doing my pedicure and she spoke in her language to some of her coworkers & owner then continue to start my pedicure. After she took my old polish off she started clipping my toes, her owner walks over looks at my certificate and says she can't honor it! I said "stop then, I don't want this, I can't pay you, just stop" the owner said that the signature on the certificate was the ...old owners & she no longer worked there. Same place, same name, same gift certificates, just a different owner who would not honor my gift certificate AFTER having her worker start my pedicure!! Posting this from a friend who just went... I am livid!! I sat down gave my certificate to the lady doing my pedicure & ask if it was for just the traditional pedicure, she shook her head. The lady started talking her different language to her co worker beside her and proceeded with the pedicure, took my old color off, feet in water, starting to clip my toes. The manager who was called over about my certificate before the tech started finally came over, looked at my certific...ate and said she can't honor it!! The owner who signed the certificate no longer owns the place. I said well I don't want this stop, I can't pay you. I then told her this was ridiculous and bad business on their part bc they started my toes before I was told I had to pay. She did a good job and I expected to tip the lovely lady but then... I get charged for them to take off my old gel polish.. (Which was completely off a few toes already) I could have easily picked it off or went home and took it off myself but they didn't even bother to tell me that there was an extra charge for that which really upset me.
