Staff are very well trained in their profession and courteous. Salon is kept beautifully clean and hygienic.Comfortable chairs and environment.

Called and got in straight away. Asked for acrylic nails with shellac colour and top coat, specifically very natural and short nails. Walked out with exactly what I asked for and a very reasonable price, with great service. I will be returning.

Always went here when Candice was owner. Never a problem. Great friendly chatty staff. Now... Have an apt time for a refill. No problem running slightly late 10 minutes have seat. 40 minutes later still sitting. Friendliness had declined. No apology or recognition. I take my handbag walk out still nothing. Ring Jenny at bay side beauty at Woorim. Come straight up. No wait time. Fantastic customer service. Beautiful nails which lasy longer they don't lift are all same shape and length opposed to image beauty.

My mum and I went for a little bit of pampering they were so great it was a real treat and mum whose some what limited with her mobility was well looked after!!

I am disappointed to have to give this rating as the girls are always so lovely and do a good job except the last time I went there, I was nicked on a few fingers by the emery board and an over-zelous...
I am disappointed to have to give this rating as the girls are always so lovely and do a good job except the last time I went there, I was nicked on a few fingers by the emery board and an over-zelous technician which got me thinking about hygiene. Later in the next week, I developed two quite serious infections. I have been to the doctor twice, been on a very strong antibiotic and then also an antibiotic/antifungal cream. It still hasn't abided and the pain is unbelievable w...hen I bump my fingers on something. I went to see them and queried about their infection control. When I was told that "don't worry, I will use only the one set of tools for you next time you come" answered my worrying query that they don't practice safe hygiene. My doctor thinks I have a staph infection and that many other nasties can be caught from such a place with bad hygiene. Just don't want this to happen to anyone else. See More

Went to get my eye brows waxed and tinted at 10:45 'come back in half an hour' I did cause I wanted my eye brows done they happily showed me to the back room and said 'will be a few minutes' I waited ...
Went to get my eye brows waxed and tinted at 10:45 'come back in half an hour' I did cause I wanted my eye brows done they happily showed me to the back room and said 'will be a few minutes' I waited for 20 no pop ins or reassurance no one even blinked when I walked out I won't be back I'm honestly disappointed you've done awesome in the past but not today I can understand when shops are busy staff are stretched but don't dump a customer in a small room for 20 minutes and don't say or do anything
