I at first was very dissatisfied with my service one of the technicians really messed up my manicure but as soon as I posted my review Kristy messaged me and wanted to correct the problem! As soon as I had time she made time for me and redid my nails entirely at no cost to me to correct her technicians error. I appreciate her taking the time and effort to fix it and I deffinately will be going back!

Staff was SO friendly and inviting. They made sure we felt welcome and that we got what we wanted. They talked to us and laughed with us the whole time. Absolutely would recommend!

Got a gel manicure and the polish did not come close to my cuticles. They looked awful. Uneven polish all around also. My pedicure felt good but the polish smudged even after 45 minutes of them dryin...
Got a gel manicure and the polish did not come close to my cuticles. They looked awful. Uneven polish all around also. My pedicure felt good but the polish smudged even after 45 minutes of them drying. The guy that did my nails was very friendly but they did not do a good job at all. Super disappointed and will never go back.

My mom and I have been coming here for about a year and a half, and will never go to another nail salon. Doug and Kristy are so nice and do such a fantastic job! We recommend Creative to everyone!

I love Creative Nails. I've been getting my nails done here on and off for years, since they were at their previous Newburgh location. Doug and Kristy are always very friendly and make you feel comfortable. They are both very time efficient and do a fantastic job. Thanks to Kristy's recommendation, I recently made the switch to gel nails and the fact that I can leave the salon and know I can't mess them up at all is so worth it to me. Making an appointment definitely expedites the process as Creative is usually busy. Thanks for the great work!

Worst "manicure" I've ever had. I went in for a gel manicure on 11/10. They didn't touch my cuticles and the polish was very bumpy and uneven. My polish had chipped and was coming up at the edges ...
Worst "manicure" I've ever had. I went in for a gel manicure on 11/10. They didn't touch my cuticles and the polish was very bumpy and uneven. My polish had chipped and was coming up at the edges in ONE WEEK. That is unheard of for gel. Such a waste of $30, and I can't afford to get my nails done very often. I should've known when they were finished with me in 20 minutes how poor it would be.

Yesterday was my first time going here. The lady who did the "massage" if you could call it that was nice. I added the scrub to get rough areas off my feet. Well my heels are still rough! Then after I got home yesterday evening I got to looking at my toe nails... Some are not painted all the way to the edges, Some there is polish on my skin that was not cleaned off but the worst part is there is still skin under neath my toe nails that should of been addressed, and my cuticles look like crap. Needless to say I will NEVER be going back here or recommending anyone to go either. Maybe if the lady who paints didn't rush so quickly to get back to doing another ladies nails then they might be better.

I went in today with my best friend and I had an amazing experience. The people are very friendly and helpful. I messed up my nails under the lamp and they repainted the two I messed up and were very nice about it. The prices are very reasonable and you can tell the people really care about the store and the atmosphere. Plus they have a really good facial and pedicure special! It is hands down the best nail salon I've been to in Evansville. I've already made an appointment to go back

Then after I got home yesterday evening I got to looking at my toe nails... I went in today with my best friend and I had an amazing experience. The people are very friendly and helpful. I messed up my nails under the lamp and they repainted the two I messed up and were very nice about it. The prices are very reasonable and you can tell the people really care about the store and the atmosphere. Plus they have a really good facial and pedicure special! It is hands down the best nail salon I've been to in Evansville. I've already made an appointment to go back
