I took my teenage daughter in for a glitter design that she saw on their page - after doing her research for a while. She specifically told the tech (a young guy) what she wanted and showed him the photo when she sat down. After doing her refill, he told her that they didn't have the glitter in any other form besides nail polish and that she should just go ahead and pick a polish! Now because she's young, I believe he thought he could just brush her off without providing TH...E CUSTOMER HER DUE SERVICE. So she selected a glitter polish. When I picked her up (I was only next door) and inquired if the glitter design on their advertising was unavailable, someone else, with a bit more sense, stated that they have several vials of glitter design powder. HOW INTERESTING?! Yet my daughter was told by the tech that they didn't have this and got a poor polish job done! In addition, at no point in time did the tech admit what he told her about not having the glitter, in fact, he was rude. He stated that he did tell her about those glitter powders and she opted for the polish instead. The gentleman that spoke on his behalf was not rude, but he was not apologetic either. They took no responsibility for the lack of communication nor the poor service offered! They had no issue with the English language so language barrier was no issue- the issue was rushing to get to the customer out the door, or so it seems. Or possibly that it was a child and maybe he thought he could get over on her. WRONG! The customer is always right, and if your customer is dissatisfied then obviously something needs to be rectified. The attitude in this shop is appalling and I would never set foot near this locale. I was loyal to a salon in fairless hills but their colors never seemed to change and they didn't have any of the new cool options like chrome or cat eye polish. I decided to try here for my "birthday nails" which turned out incredible! My most recent ones I got today which are neon yellow with a crazy striped neon design done free hand by Kenny. I showed him the picture and he said he'll do his best and that's definitely what I got! Best local nail salon hands down ! I have been coming to Annie's for a little over a year and I absolutely love the staff ! There was a few times the gel started to peel off however after reading some reviews of that particular gel I knew it was the gel and not the technician. I was able to come back in and have the color fixed and I was happy :) I have referred a few friends and they love going there too !
