I got a small refund but does not compare to the damage to the hair. Had photos of what I wanted and explained to the hairdresser, when foils were in I noticed that it was 90% brown and only the small ends blonde when it was meant to be brown roots and the rest blonde. I questioned and she got defensive saying it will all be blonde like the picture. She kept disappearing leaving th products in for too long. I was left with my head in the sink for 40 minutes wondering where she was. After finally everything being done she said there you go and I said no that’s nothing like th picture as I don’t like just the ends one colour and she got defensive saying you can’t bleach already light blonde hair you have to die it all brown then move up the hair slowly. Offered me to come back in during the week to get my hair done again so I do. Re showed her the photos and then she places bleach in the very top of my hair in random places. I said the bleach isn’t meant to be at the roots and then she got angry at me accusing me of showing her a different photo and then bringing her iPad over to show me other people’s hair saying this is how the style is done. Was incredibly rude to me. My hair looked awful with two different blondes. 6 lines of blonde at the very top of my hair, brown throughout and then another blonde on the bottom of my hair.
