Overcharged me as well as extremely rude service. When getting an overlay on my nails the nail tech wanted to cut off several of my natural nails so that she could then charge me for tips, and at $5 per tip I refused when there was absolutely nothing wrong with my nails. She then proceeded to ignore me while slamming her equipment down and shoving drawers closed, this behaviour continued right until literally 10 secs before I was to pay she then did a 180 and suddenly became very polite before over charging me $25. I got SNS done for the first time here. They charged me $70 which I thought was too much so I didn’t plan to go there again. The salon I wanted to go to today was closed so I went back to Professionail and asked how much it would cost to get SNS with tips (exactly the same as I got the last time). The manager told me it would be $55. I told him that last time I got the same thing I was charged $70 and he told me I was in the wrong and they don’t make mistakes.
