Went in on the weekend and was seen by MT. She kept yanking my hand when it wasn't in the position she wanted it to be in. When sanding down my nails she also sanded my skin making my fingers bleed. She rushed the SNS and when applying the clear top coat told me that it was my fault that it didn't set correctly under light. Had to be redone which she then told me again that it was my fault and was clearly frustrated that I complained. Shocking customer service and very rude, not to mention substandard nails at the end. Have been a few times and the service and end product is getting worse. I will not be returning. Read Less
