Never recommend anyone to go there, The male owner is very kind but female owner of the shop is very very rude to me, I went there 2 times to do my nails in same way but she's asking different charges and She don't know how to talk to their customers. Would not recommend this place, got shellac mani on Saturday, chipped by Monday. Went to get them fix yesterday and he put a blob of shellac over the chips and now the tips of my nails are bumpy...terrible work!!! Read Less

Had spa mani and pedi. Had a different girl for each so they could get it done faster, was worried initially that they may therefore do different shaping but both my hands and feet look amazing. They even use hot stones on your legs when they massage you! So happy! They could have gone slightly longer on the massage otherwise perfect. Read Less

100% happy with my refills, if I wasn't leaving Darwin, this would have become my regular nail salon! They were quick without being messy, and didn't make us feel like we had to leave in a hurry. At first I thought that I'd found my regular nail salon, the owner was very friendly and it was clean. I had nails done by a trainee which were ok but not perfect. Was happy with my spa pedicure. Lastly I had lash extensions done. (Followed the usual after care instructions) They looked nice when I left but within 2 days they were coming off in clumps (as there were multiple lashes on every few lashes rather then one lash extensions on each lash), when they should have been f...alling out with my natural lashes when they naturally fall out. 10 days later they were completely gone. When I went back and told the owner who did them she told me I should have come back at two weeks for a refill to top them up. They were all gone by 10 days!!! She then said maybe the glue hadn't worked well with the humidity and she had new glue now. I didn't get an apology or offered a refund or for them to be done again with the alternative glue. I've had my lashes done many times and generally they last 3-4 weeks before stating to look like they need a fill. I'm really disappointed in what turned out to be very poor service!
