I can’t even begin to explain how horrible the service is here. I was booked in for a manicure and pedicure with my mum for her birthday. They wanted to do my manicure whilst they did her pedicure, when I asked them to do our pedicures together the lady started yelling at me. I explained that we were getting our nails done together and hoped to sit with each other (the salon was completely empty!). She continued yelling so we agreed to sit apart and get on with it. I had normal polish on my fingers and instead of using nail polish remover she started using the drill to remove the polish. I said ‘oh that’s just normal polish not shellac’. The lady then started yelling again, telling me that she knows it is normal polish. I politely excused myself and walked out. I will never ever go back here and recommend no one else does either.

Yes they are horrible! And sneaky where trying to pull off my other nails even tho they didnt need it to changing my $5 each time stopped her on the 1st one luckily..

Terrible experience here. I went with a friend to see how much it would cost for 2 people to get their nails done, basically got bullied into paying, took my card without asking and wouldn't hand my card back until I paid for both after I said I wasn't sure if I wanted to get both done and wanted to look somewhere else. Ended up sitting there for 3 hours while she butchered my nails and then ran off half way or half an hour to do something else than yelled at me because I couldn't understand her. The only thing making me give them 1 star is because you can't write the review without giving them at least a star 🙄

well went to get a pedicure. water was so hot burnt me. i kept asking to add some cold water. the pedicure was so rushed plus lady used used blade and buffer. i ask where is their autoclave cause the...
well went to get a pedicure. water was so hot burnt me. i kept asking to add some cold water. the pedicure was so rushed plus lady used used blade and buffer. i ask where is their autoclave cause they open bag in front off me so not sure if they are sterilising clippers. i was in at 9 out the door by 9.18 that including paying spose to go for 30mis. they knew i was ticked off but couldn't care less just took my money. to top it off i think i have tinea my feet have a stinging sensation. better treat just in case. i would say please dont go they are to rushed and not hygienic at all.

dodgiest nails i have ever had, the older lady was so rough when filing she bent my nails back so much that it feels like my nail beds are bruised, my cuticles were bleeding and even though i asked for coffin style and showed her a picture of the shape i wanted, she still didn't get it right and my nails are very uneven, the polish job is streaky and very faint, not like the colour i chose at all.
all staff are very rude to customers.
would not recommend to anyone and i will not be returning.

Horrible, the older lady that I had didn't listen to what I wanted she was rude she called me an idiot and my nails are rough uneven. Never recommend this place to anyone, you need to teach your employers some manners. And treat your clients nicely and have patiences.

I can’t even begin to explain how horrible the service is here. I was booked in for a manicure and pedicure with my mum for her birthday. They wanted to do my manicure whilst they did her pedicure, when I asked them to do our pedicures together the lady started yelling at me. Terrible experience here. I went with a friend to see how much it would cost for 2 people to get their nails done, basically got bullied into paying, took my card without asking and wouldn't hand my card back until I paid for both after I said I wasn't sure if I wanted to get both done and wanted to look somewhere else. Ended up sitting there for 3 hours while she butchered my nails and then ran off half way or half an hour to do something else than yelled at me because I couldn't understand her.
