I had my acrylic set done by Tuan who did a great job, I chose a hot pink nail polish and later changed to shellac but was happy to do so because they had the same colour. The colour was definitely not the same and it was streaky, patchy and all over my cuticles. Got my nails done about a week ago and an entire hand was lifting and have all fallen off today??? The lady that did my nails did pay attention and was looking around the room constantly and not at my nails while she was doing them, and I had to remind her several times that there was a cut on my finger... Had my nails done 1 week ago tomorrow and they are already lifting off and I have lost 1 nail already. I work in an office so my occupation would not affect the quality of the nails. When I was in there I asked for matte finish and the nail technician made them a shiny finish until another employee pointed it out. When the matte finish was applied, bits were missed and the whole thing was rushed.... They asked if I wanted to leave before the nails were even dry enough. Went for a fix of some acrylics I had done in Bali for a wedding. They were ok (the Bali acrylics), just needed a trim and paint a different colour. So happy with the result, ended up getting a pedicure too! The staff are really friendly and the beautician who did my mani-pedi was lovely, we had a great chat while she was working on me. Nice salon, clean, professional and doesn't smell like stronf chemicals like some nail salons. Will definitely be going there for all my nail, massage and facial needs. So happy with my nails and feet, they look amazing. Great prices too! Honestly can not think of anything to fault them for. Can't wait for my next "me tone" pamper day, and may even take my daughter along for a girly day. If you are local, I definitely recommend giving this salon a chance. I loved my experience tonight. I haven't had my nails done for quite awhile, because the last time I did it was a really bad experience and I ended up with raw, cut up fingers. So I haven't had nails for awhile. But it's my sister's wedding in two days and I wanted to get some nice simple, subtle but classy nails done. Plus also it was an incentive for me not to pick at my fingers, I'm an anxious nail biter :/ I had a lovely experience! Not only are the nails beautiful and ev...en better than what I wanted, but also the service was fantastic. I made an appointment because I knew they'd be busy on late night shopping Thursday. Best part of th experience was the 30 second hand massage. Came away having asked coffin shaped nails with the most ugly, squared off blocks that were far too thick and uneven. Not the shape I had at all asked for. Not only was the shape wrong but on certain fingers the acrylic overlapped onto my finger and was left, also the cuticle wasn't filed back. They looked like cheap press ons. I asked for them to be fixed but the lady was rude and pushy, sort of eluding to the fact that she knew best. This was the first set I've ever had that ached and continued to ache for days. I only went there because my usual place was closed for Mother's Day but they weren't. Don't go here instead go to Ozzie Nails in Gosford, they pay close attention to detail and are capable of doing designs. Not trying to plug them but really they are pretty good at what they do. First visit to this nail place for a manicure and a eyelash tint. Very disappointed. My nails weren't even filed at all and they were clearly uneven. Then the nail polish was put in very roughly. Then the eyelash tint was only left on for 1 minute when i know they take at least 10 mins for the tint to take. Now I've come home 2 hours later there is black blue over all my eyes and one eye is clearly darker than the other . Won't be going back or recommending this place Read Less
