I would not recommend this business. Very rude & poor work. They charge a lot for a mani pedi, $65, just normal, nothing else. It was way too fast, they weren’t so busy as it was the middle of the day during the week. My nails were barely filed & so badly filed my nails, they were not even filed well & then just put the polish one. The pedicure was way too fast. Only filed my toe nails, quickly & not well & a cursory quick filing & buffing of my dry skin on my feet, basically this & help with cuticles are why I get pedicures, to smooth out my feet like I cannot. I could have done all this at home & used the money elsewhere. Then I was just left with wet nails & waiting for them to dry & then was totally ignored. Once I finally got someone’s attention I asked if they could pull my pant legs & put on my thongs as my nails were still not completely dry but I had to go. I have such better service at my usual salon & this one will not see me again. It’s barely a service. No point going here.

wanted to get nails done for birthday dinner, big mistake. had to wait 20 minutes. i got acrylic nails done but instead of checking the nail size to match them correctly the lady just glued them on without checking. she then asked how long i want them and i said just a little less and off when half the nail. whilst filing my nails she hit my skin quite hard and didn’t apologise. i asked for coffin and the shape is just off looking. when i was told to wait 5 minutes whilst my nails were drying, i waited the 5 minutes, left and said thank you (didn’t get a goodbye, yet the customer next to me even had the manners to say goodbye) i came home and they still aren’t dry and are smushed. do not go to this nail salon!!

took length off nails after i specifically asked not too. ended up filing them myself. then they tried to overcharge. wouldnt even say goodbye when leaving and had a child take payment. very poor serv...

DISGUSTING SERVICE !! this is a terrible place as they made me wait 45 minutes to get some sns taken off. The bad part is they were letting other people get there nails done that came way after me. The lady hurt my nails and took forever to take some sns off. The staff are rude and they charged me $15. I’ve been to many different nail places and have never charged me over $10. This place is terrible and I would 100% say NEVER GO THERE!! I mean really who wants to wait over 45 minutes to get some sns taken off ?

I read the negative review and I'm shocked as I've only had good experiences here. A few too many other places I've gone too around the coast have managed to ruin the polish so that my nails are left in odd clumps and shapes, where there's been too much painted on the tips in such a way where it hasn't been evened out over the whole nail. I love it here at least for the simple fact they've made the polish clean and even each time. Maybe it depends on who does your nails.

So I went here because again my regular place is closed on Sundays and this was the only day I had. This place looked the real deal. They had beautiful polishes, were well stocked and clean. The staff seemed to know what they were doing. Oh how wrong I was. Asked for natural squoval shape at a natural and not too long length walked out with the acrylic stuck to my finger tips and pulling so badly they hurt. Nail filings stuck in the polish and hanging from the nail, multiple different lengths that were obvious to see and about three different shapes. How could you get something so simple so very wrong. I'm too polite I wished I had more courage to speak up and say at the time how horrified I was. Please don't go there even if you absolute have to just don't. I paid $55, $20 more than my usual place and there I walk out with glorious, perfect nails with intricate designs. I got home and had a closer look and realised with the pain I was in and the state they were in I had to go out again somewhere else and have them fixed. So I paid another $25 to have them fixed and even they couldn't believe what they'd done. She explained they'd used way too much acrylic and somehow got the acrylic under the tip and stuck to my finger tip, they hadn't hardly bothered to fill them back and for the shape she was speechless saying that it didn't appear they'd tried at all to get them uniform. I can't stress enough how terrible they are there. Please don't go!

I would not recommend this business. Very rude & poor work. They charge a lot for a mani pedi, $65, just normal, nothing else. It was way too fast, they weren’t so busy as it was the middle of the day during the week. My nails were barely filed & so badly filed my nails, they were not even filed well & then just put the polish one. The pedicure was way too fast. Only filed my toe nails, quickly & not well & a cursory quick filing & buffing of my dry skin on my feet, basically this & help with cuticles are why I get pedicures, to smooth out my feet like I cannot. I could have done all this at home & used the money elsewhere. Then I was just left with wet nails & waiting for them to dry & then was totally ignored. DISGUSTING SERVICE !! this is a terrible place as they made me wait 45 minutes to get some sns taken off. The bad part is they were letting other people get there nails done that came way after me. The lady hurt my nails and took forever to take some sns off. The staff are rude and they charged me $15. I’ve been to many different nail places and have never charged me over $10. This place is terrible and I would 100% say NEVER GO THERE!! I mean really who wants to wait over 45 minutes to get some sns taken off ?

I read the negative review and I'm shocked as I've only had good experiences here. A few too many other places I've gone too around the coast have managed to ruin the polish so that my nails are left in odd clumps and shapes, where there's been too much painted on the tips in such a way where it hasn't been evened out over the whole nail. I love it here at least for the simple fact they've made the polish clean and even each time. Maybe it depends on who does your nails.

So I went here because again my regular place is closed on Sundays and this was the only day I had. This place looked the real deal. They had beautiful polishes, were well stocked and clean. The staff seemed to know what they were doing. Oh how wrong I was. Asked for natural squoval shape at a natural and not too long length walked out with the acrylic stuck to my finger tips and pulling so badly they hurt. Nail filings stuck in the polish and hanging from the nail, multiple different lengths that were obvious to see and about three different shapes. How could you get something so simple so very wrong. I'm too polite I wished I had more courage to speak up and say at the time how horrified I was. Please don't go there even if you absolute have to just don't.
