Though the price is reasonable at Colourful Nails, the staff can be rude and rough. One particular person was so rough that she caused my cuticles to bleed. Staff is also very loud and often are speaking in a different language in front of customers which is simply bad manners. I am absolutely disgusted and disappointed with this nail salon. This nail salon caused my nails on my feet to get grossly infected with pus and blood constantly oozing. When the salon was called they said they would happily pay for my medical bills and medicine purchased. I took all my receipts to be compensated, the manager refused and came up with many exuses to how I got the infection. She claimed that I got the infection from elsewhere or bumped my toes??? This nail salon handles complaints extremely poorly and no I was not compensated. I do not recommend this place as I believe the instruments used on people’s hands and toes are not sterile. My toes are still healing after seeing a GP and podiatrist. Keep in mind I have never got a toe infection in my life until I visited this horrible place. This nail salon is heartless and wanted to share with people considering on visiting this unsterile place. Read Less
