Unfortunately my experience here was not great. The guy who did my hair did a fair job and was a really really cool guy. Everything else about the place was fake and overpriced. I honestly think they empty old wine dregs into new wine bottles and offer you a glass of disgusting mixed white wine waste. Yuk! Read Less

Sorry ,but these women need to listen to the customer ...firstly when I arrived I asked how long I could expect to be there . They said one and a half hours. when I said I was sorry I didn't realise an 'express' manicure would take so long and I would have to cancel .I was told I would have to pay anyway ,for cancelling an appointment . I asked if I could skip the manicure and just get the nails painted ...' oh yes that would only take 10 minutes !".. I agreed BUT then they kept me waiting 30 minutes before they even started .The nail technician kept leaving to attend to other things ,which I know is normal in salons,and normally thst wouldn't bother me but I had specifically mentioned that I needed to be out ASAP .I didn't feel I needed to tell them why ....but it was important to me .I ended up being there for 1 hour and 45 minute ,including waiting time ..just to have my nails painted.Normally this sort of thing wouldn't bother me ..but today IT MOST DEFINITELY DID !!!!! It was my daughters yr 12 formal yesterday, and i would not have taken her to anywhere else for her hair and makeup.
