The quality of the nails here are extremely poor. Odd bumps on nails, missing nail polish on nails and caused extreme discomfort while putting on nails. This is my first negative review but because of the nature of it, I feel as though it has to be in the open. I decided to not go to my usual place and get a pedicure after I got my legs waxed. The girl who attended me herself was polite enough, however the store manager came barging in when I was lying on the bed with no acknowledgement of my privacy. As if that wasn't embarrassing enough, it got worse. I don't understand why people think speaking in another language will mean that the third person can't pick up some stuff. The store manager seemed irritated and the girl who was doing my waxing gestured to my legs. The store manager then made an exasperated and disgusted "urghhhhhh" and said "Indian". I looked up at her, she looked at me and then walked out. I've honestly never been so embarrassed. I skipped the pedicure and will continue getting waxed at pure beauty by Angie in Figtree where I've been treated with warm respect consistently over the last few years. highly disappointed. Good pricing but not good nails. i had them done last week and came out with nails all different lengths. with later that day the polish chipping off. came in a day after that do get them fixed because i was disappointed with my nails being all different lengths and the polish being chipped off. they denied that they did my nails and i reminded them what day i came in and they remembered, they denied that they did it. they fixed them, free of charge and later that day the paint chipped all off some of the nails that she fixed.Quite pissed off. nice ladys there, good atmosphere but sorry not good nails.
