Got the feet nails done today. The lady was very sweet when initially took me in to do the nails but while drying under their cumbersome dryer my big toe nail got smudged and I asked if this can be redone...As soon as this happened the attitude of the lady completely changed as she just wanted to patch it up with more nail polish to the smudged area only... so I was virtually told off and left to wait indefinitely, just to get one nail..I wouldn’t mind waiting except for their attitude.. eventually I just left without getting it done .. very poor service.. will never attend again.. Very rushed even though there wasn't a line and it wasn't near closing time, lady i had made me bleed with the file and all round the finished product was horrendous, my nails are extremely uneven and very badly painted and when she was finished painting she just walked off and left me to try and dry them on my own Read Less

UNPROFESSIONAL , PAINFUL & OVERCHARGED. After having acrylic nails for over 3 years, I have never had a worse experience than at Windsor nails. I asked for infills and sat in the seat indicated where i was told that i was having a new set (worth $48) instead of the service i had requested ($28). I insisted on what i wanted which angered the nail technician and in her visible frustration explaimed "i do it but no good". She continued to speak angrily to her coworkers. When she began to do my nails, she squeezed, pinched, burnt me with the nail file and cut my skin which then bled. She cut into my nails violently and filed - the friction then burnt my nail bed underneath. When i washed my hands i noticed that while some nails were very thin, others were very thick and chunky! I asked her to fix this which she refused. She then asked me to pay and charged me $45 for this service. I asked her why it was not the cost of a regular infill to which she smiled and said it was more expensive for the hassle. What?!!!! I am appauled at the poor service, unprofessional manner of the staff, painful carelessness and the additonal cost of asking for a routine infill.
