I was quoted $35 at the door for an infill and the repair of three nails, so I was surprised when the price suddenly became $38. While three of them worked on my nails simultaneously and painfully, I couldn't argue, it was too late - I would have just walked out under other circumstances. They were rough and damaged my cuticles and after convincing me to replace all my nails and do a full set (just $45 and may as well, they told me.... :(...) I was not very happy with the end result. This was the worst experience I’ve ever had at a nail salon. They don’t ask you what you want and they don’t listen. They go ahead and do what they want. There is NO communication and They take in more customers than what they can handle. Went in to get my pedicure done before I go on holidays and the outcome was horrific. First of all, The lady there dropped someone else’s nail scraps all over my clothes. Then, the lady Cut my toe nails in all different shapes and sizes. It was so bad that she couldn’t fix them. When I told the lady that she has ruined my nails. She got aggressive and kept on mumbling aggressive words. She didn’t care and didn’t apologise. I was so upset, I had to go to Another nail salon to fix my toe nails and had to get acrylic put on my toe nails to fix them. If I could give them a 0 star rating, I would.
