Usually would give five star but now that they know there moving out & changing to new owners soon there not the same like there over it a usually hour visit took over 2 hours & they were not even busy .. & phone calls & discussing obout business and problems while should of been focused on me as a paying customer not looking a texts (Vickie) & discussing a problem with business with new management (Kym) & her mum ... was talking loud in there language but sometimes in Australian too I know what was happening .. a problem with another staff member .. so I felt annoyed when Finlly left after two hours ..and over it I felt it was very un professional & it's made me think twice before even going back or attending new shop that's opening .. don't get me wrong my nails look good but bad experience .. felt very uncomfortable & stressed ... 😔💅 if new salon going to work well I suggest more professional & keep chatting & discussion of problems in your own time ... we are paying customers that work hard & pay 💰 good money to get a relaxing & professional service !!!
