First visit for pedicure. Enjoyed the treatment that Anna did. The only recommendation I would give for staff is to speak English when speaking to each other whilst clients are present. Noticed that other staff were on mobile phone obviously looking at web or messages. Although treatment was good, using mobiles and not speaking English is bad manners and not good for PR. Left in tears! I went to get a mani pedi with my sister in law. The pedi part was fine. The manicure part started normally. They trimmed cuticles and put the one stroke of undercoat on. Now I don’t have glamorous nails but I do go for regular manicures. I do know that a nail file and trimming and a polish are part of the deal. I presumed that they would finish it after my pedicure so sat patiently for 20min after my pedicure and my sister in law left. Finally I asked when it was going to get done so I could get back to my child. They said they were done and if I wasn’t happy I should have told them at time. I replied by saying ‘but my nails are chipped and uneven, you haven’t polished them’. They told me that I was busy taking to my friend when they asked me what I wanted so they finished. I said ‘but I didn’t hear you’ by that time the lady was shouting and I had to ask her not to yell. She said it was her normal voice. I left very confused, feeling very bullied. They charged me $55 instead of $60. If I hadn’t been so shocked and upset I would have stood up for myself a little more. Worst service I have ever had in my life. Read Less

Absolutely disgusting service!!! Very surprised nobody else hasn't commented yet on their service or lack thereof. They are rude, forget your appointments & they make no apology.
