Worst nail experience ever. The lady didn't listen to any of my requests and completely destroyed my natural nails. I don't often get acrylics but every other time they listen to what I want and are accommodating. When saying what length I wanted, I was told "it looks better like this" and she refused to make my nails the length i wanted. We were rushed during the colour choosing process. The whole thing was rushed. It took a very long time for my nails to dry. We were never told when the service was finished, the lady just got up and took herself to the back room. I was left sitting in confusion until another staff member told me to leave now. The staff members all talking in a different language to each other, in a gossiping manor, the whole time. Worst experience I ever had, staff were rude and not helpful......It was my first time doing the acrylic manicure. When I was sat down he started putting some "super glue" kind of thing on my nails I was a little confused and just asked about the process very politely and the "professional" got very angry and told me to leave the work with him. said: "Leave the work with who knows what they are doing" and then started speaking another language with the other staff, and then another workers said the same thing in a very rude way, it was such an awkward moment. Anyway, paid $ 65.00 for it and it doesn't even look that good, as the professional put so much hate and bad energy on it. Never going back!!!! Read Less

Very confused after being here. Four of us were seated at once, and were fairly rudely told what chair to go to. The remote for the massage chair isnt actually kept in the holder, rather behind on the wall out of reach.. weird. Being short there are many problems with these chairs so adjusting them so i can put my feet in the water and also not get punched in the head by the massagers is appreciated. Although the punching in the head from the massage chair was on beat with the techno music they were playing. I felt like I was in a night club in Kings Cross circa 1999. Will opt for another nail salon. This place was just too out of touch. Read Less

Had french refill, pedicure and my daughter's nails painted here - almost $100 only to have the paint peel off from my daughter in a few hours. She was not rough with it, hadn't been swimming, etc so it just must have been old polish. Went back next day to get it re-done and while one of the ladies was painting it again they blamed my daughter when I was not around and made her feel like she had done something wrong. Will never go back as I don't appreciate people not taking responsibility for bad workmanship and abusing my 10 year old instead of facing up to me! To add to it my nails have redness across them from being filed too low during refills so not happy with quality of work at all or the customer service. Read Less
