Walked in wanting an infill walked out with a cut and the ugliest nails, all different shapes some were near square and I wanted almond shape like the old nail? never again.

Paid $55 for a set of nails that i hate. I told them i hated them when i was paying and she just stood there and looked at me. The girl that did them was so rude. Not once did she check with me when shaping them that the shape was what i wanted and same with the colour. I had SNS and they always check after they do the first one but she didn't. there isn't one thing i like about the nails i walked out with.

I got white tip acrylic nails after I had asked for french manicure and she said she'd give me "white tip" and because I didn't know the difference I let her put them on. She pushed them way too far down when they were putting them on. 2 hours after they were put on they were aching. The next day they were very sesitive and ached when I bumped them. The nails lasted half the time normal acrylic nails last as they started to fall off and other cracked. Very disappointed. Won't be going back.

Slight inconsistencies between staff in relation to quality of service. But, overall, the best nail place I've been / continue to go to! Very attentive and always clean, with a lovely selection of polishes. It's always a pleasure to go visit Tommy and the team.

Paid $55 for a set of nails that i hate. I told them i hated them when i was paying and she just stood there and looked at me. The girl that did them was so rude.
