Usually very happy today the lady doing my nails did them all different lengths then cut me and when asked her to fix it still wasn't good enough so had to ask for someone else to come do it lucky she knew what she was doing a hour an a half later

I've been going to this nail salon once every two weeks for the past 3+ months and every single time I've left so happy! The staff are nice and take the time to get my nails right, always checking if I'm happy with the shape and length. Always a good experience and will definitely keep going back!

They say that their instruments are sterilized but when I saw the sterilization pouches that were opened infront of me they were definitely not sterile as per the indicator on the pouches.

They say that their instruments are sterilized but when I saw the sterilization pouches that were opened infront of me they were definitely not sterile as per the indicator on the pouches.
This is definitely a worry as sometimes when they file/cut nails and cuticles they can get cut and expose blood.

New team have taken over today and I can honestly say I have never had better service from a nail place. Lady doing my nails was total perfectionist so the finished nails are great, but she also aske...
New team have taken over today and I can honestly say I have never had better service from a nail place. Lady doing my nails was total perfectionist so the finished nails are great, but she also asked to tell her if anything she did hurt to yell out (NEVER happened before, often have yelled "aghh" and been ignored) so she could stop. Hand massage also included. Made my day actually...😃

I've been going to this nail salon once every two weeks for the past 3+ months and every single time I've left so happy! The staff are nice and take the time to get my nails right, always checking if I'm happy with the shape and length. Always a good experience and will definitely keep going back!
