Terrible nail salon. I was told to come back in 15 mins, which I did. When I came back I waited another 15 mins before sitting at a table. It then took them 40 mins to remove my sns colour. I originally wanted an sns manicure. At most salons it takes 45 mind to do do the entire manicure and colour. The technician seemed to have no idea how to remove it. By that stage I couldn't sit there any longer. They also charged me a ridiculous amount just to remove my polish. They kept telling people to come back later, even those who had an appointment. I read a negative review from 2yrs ago and thought.... hey maybe they have improved! Sorry to say they haven't. $50 for infill and Shellac, one nail smudged and just painted over, one nail bed burnt by their polisher, one nail chipped and left that way and another nail had a lump under the polish. I usually go to Princess nails in Hurstville. I wish I had gone the extra kms! For $30 i get infill and Shellac - with a perfect finish. Plus I actually get a conversation not 2 girls rabbiting away and giggling in another language. Nope won't be back. Will travel to be treated with friendly courtesy and my nails properly cared for.
