Went back for the 2nd time 2 weeks ago - not as good this time. I was nicked during the removal process, so a tiny bit of bleeding... then the actual job was quite rushed. The effect was not too bad, just saying that it wasn't as satisfactory as the first time. I just went to this salon on Sunday (last month) at random due to its affordable pricing, and was quite pleased with the result of SNS. Personally I'm happy to go back. I found this place through reviews on Google and Facebook. I was not disappointed. Sam took care of me and I chose the Mint pedicure package. I was very relaxed and my toes look beautiful. The price for the service I received was very reasonable and worth it! I will be returning soon! Read Less

I've gone to many places and by far this is the best. Yes sometimes they are packed but they still do a wonderful job, and they make sure the job is done right. I highly recommend this place as I've gone many many times and even when they mess up they make it up to you and make it right. Read Less

I was told to wait 10 minutes and i waited 20, I had asked for a coffin shape, and my nails turned out crooked with some round and some straight to the point where i had to file them myself. I walked past the shop one afternoon thinking to get nails done. I walked in to this store without looking at reviews and got SNS done. The end result was awful. They were too thick on the nails and rough finish. I feel like i have extra 3mm on top of my nails. They use electrical filer and they cut my cuticles. My nails were filed so short i can see my flesh underneath. I will not go back and will not recommend. Read Less

I will never ever step one foot in this place again ! My niece and I were very uncomfortable- the manager verbally mistreated her employees non stop the whole time we were there. Another set of beautiful nails. I wish I could upload a photo from my gallery. A gorgeous coral pink with a dark red feature nail. Previously had classic French with natural pink feature and Halloween nails!! They were awesome. The ladies are lovely and friendly. They are nothing like those horrible reviews. I go every 3 weeks and have seen some rude customers treating the ladies like 2nd rate citizens. I wouldn't be too nice to those kind of people either. I'm very happy with my nails and the service. They do awesome pedicures however do NOT get your nails done with Nancy. She left my nails all crooked, super chunky and wide at the ends. I️ asked her like 5 times to fix a crooked nail I️ had, and it’s still crooked. Put gel over my cuticle which means they will start lifting soon. I payed 40$ for horrible horrible nails. I rarely review businesses, they have to be either really bad or really good. Today I experienced the latter. I went in to Heaven Nails expecting a normal no frills pedicure just like all of the other establishments I've been to. Boy was I surprised! This pedicure appointment was nothing like the others. I started off with the sweetest tech, I believe her name is Tammy, then a young man came to polish my toes and finish the pedi which included paraffin wax, hot stone massage and the best foot/leg massage ever! It didn't stop there once done with the pedi part, they asked me to sit on the chair the tech had been using and I got a neck/back massage too. I will definitely be going back and soon too.Read Less

I was a little disappointed the chairs we not massage chairs and that they didn't have a princess chair for little girls pedicures but the pedicure was pretty good she massaged my legs for a good 10 min added a hot towel cleaned up my cuticles she took her time and it was very relaxing Read Less

Waited way to long for a full set and pedi. They took in more customers than they could handle and did not devote the attention they should to the service they were providing. Came in to get gel polish taken off. Asked how much it would cost, the lady tells me $15. Go to pay its $30!! Asked why, the reply was "we trimmed your cuticles, so that's a manicure". Did not even polish off, nails were uneven and rough. This place is a rip off. Now I know why I don't see many people in there. Absolutely never try another time. I did manicure and my friend did both manicure and pedicure but the staff were very lack of responsibility and just roughly painting. I did French style and when the staff did the second tier of white top, she didn't even adjust it and make the edge smooth. So the two tiers of white gel are just very obvious. When I asked her about it, she told me I should tell her before I put my hand in the machine. Excuse me? Isn't it a responsibility and ethic for a profession? Although she did a little bit fixing work my nails still look ugly and unsmooth. My friend said the staff even didn't want to put her hand cream after finishing. Overall a very awful and unpleasant experience my friend went here to get her nail fixed and honestly she would've been better off leaving her nail broken because the colour match was absolutely off and the women didn't even do a very good job painting it extremely streaky and has a glugy texture. Also my friend can speak Vietnamese and she heard that a lot of the women were saying rude things about the costumers. Read Less
