Took walk-in’s, yes, but had to wait a whole 45 minutes for a simple manicure. Sat there while they served 2 different people who walked in after me and when I finally got served, they take a walk in and service her within a minute of walking in. Since I only go for basic nude/pink short nails due to work and piano practice I do like this place. Not expensive at all, fast as well. Not the best place if you're looking for nail art but if you want something simple and fresh it's an alright place. Read Less

Horrible service - made me feel uncomfortable and awkward. I got acrylic infills, and the lady doing my nails was horrendous. First she criticised the shape and the job already done on my nails (done at Macquarie Professionail), then she proceeds to filing the acrylic because I asked for them shorter. This hurt a lot and she was not considerate at all. When she was shaving the layers of acrylic down, she went so close to my cuticles which then began to bleed and become so sore. When it came to filing and buffing, she was so rough and cut the sides of my nails - this hurt for days and my fingers were numb. Lastly, I asked her if the polish I chose was sheer or opaque, and if it was sheer I would like to change it. She said it was not sheer, however after applying 3 coats of the polish you could still see my nail! It was very sheer and not what I wanted at all. It was clear that she did not care about my satisfaction was was overall a rushed job. Worst salon I have ever been to never going there again. Read Less

Their service is Really Good! They have Natural Pedicure! They using all natural products, So you will have good feeling to your foot and your foot will be very nice after that few uses. Make sure you ask them for that kind of pedicure! Read Less

I have been going to this nail salon for 8 years now. Ken is the only person i let touch my nails. I love going here. Amazing family owned salon. Ken is beyond amazing with nails and great personality and Always make me laugh even after i have had bad day. And Ken knows me well. Im OCD and picky about my nails. Poor quality SNS, chippped within days and rude service when I went back to enquire about having fixed. Reluctantly staff pffered to fix the chipped/cracked nails even though 7/10 were damaged. I suggested thr issue could be because there didnt appear to be a base coat used however was made to feel like the problem was with my nails and so walked out. I have been getting SNS for years and never have I experienced such poor quality or unprofessional service. I was made to feel like I was the inconvenience even though it is I that was about to have to waste another hour or time getting something fixed because it wasn't done properly in the 1st place. Did acrylic extensions. Affordable, did a quick and okay job. But they take a lot of walk ins so their staff may start to rush when doing your nails, so quality may differ. Painting and the extension were fine, just that when she was using the electric file she went a bit too close to my nail bed and a big chunk of flesh came off. Maybe if she didnt rush it wouldnt have happened. But overall their french / painting arent bad. Also, when doing acrylic extensions they dont cut your cuticles / do other manicure stuff, they literally go straight to putting the acrylic on. So you would need to go back for a fill quite soon after. Read Less

The lady who did my nails made them too pointy and kept telling me they would look ugly and fake if I had them done the way I wanted them done. However, I've had them done like that before and really liked them. I wish the lady had listened to me. I may not come back here. Read Less

I visited the salon today and got amazing service, great conversation and was pleased to see that the staff welcomed another customer who had special needs as if she was part of their family. Few businesses treat any customers with respect, let alone the ones who might be a challenge, so it was nice to see. Will definitely be back! Read Less
