No skin disinfection first. i cant beieve it. gel touch skins and my cuticle line cut by machine and bleeding a bit.

Terrible results. For me, SNS usually lasts 2-3 weeks, however the SNS on my nails started to crack within 2 days and by day 5 nearly all my nails are cracked! Another time I had SNS there, the top coat began peeling off almost immediately which I had to fix at another salon. The one english speaking staff was rude and unfriendly. never going back.

And they ALWAYS deliver, every single time Her salon is the cleanest I have seen. Everyone is so friendly, we can joke around and you're just made to feel comfortable. My mani and pedi are on point after every visit. Love your work Ivy!! Thanks hun.

Management must have changed. The place is dirty and the ladies have become really unfriendly and disinterested in the customer. They seem to reuse their tools for other customers. I left very unhappy...
Management must have changed. The place is dirty and the ladies have become really unfriendly and disinterested in the customer. They seem to reuse their tools for other customers. I left very unhappy with the result and customer service. I definitely won't be back.

I have been using SNS for 6 mths now. With SNS I can do anything and my nails would last 3-4 weeks with no chipping, cracking or peeling. This was my first time using pearl nails and after a couple of days the top coat was peeling and in a week and a half I had 2 nails with chips and cracks. I have been on holidays so I have been doing far less than usual but my nails have not lasted the usual time. Won't be going here again.

The technician used another clients equipment on me during a mani/pedi - it was a mistake but I'm pregnant and can't afford to deal with any form of infections. No discount was offered to me I was still asked to pay full price. She left half of my cuticles on and my toenails were painted poorly.

The massage chairs were perfect, and the staff were friendly and very attentive. The service was excellent from start to finish, and my nails look amazing. Will definitely be going back!!!!!!
