Unfortunately I had a horrible experience there yesterday when Kim waxed my eyebrows before the wax had cooled down enough and I now have very painful and red burns underneath both of my eyebrows! The top layer of skin is actually gone from where she waxed! When I visited her today to show her and Thai what happened she actually wanted to blame it on my make-up that I had on before she waxed! I am totally disappointed and used to love frequenting this salon for my eyebrow waxes. No more!! I am hoping this doesn't cause a scar. I have had Bio sculpture gel, Opi gel color and Shellac nails done at this salon.The service they provide here is exceptional. The salon does not practice a factory line procedure like other salons; instead, the manicurists here devote their time and undivided attention on your nails to achieve a precise and flawless application of colour/nail art that usually lasts (on me) for 2 weeks + with Shellac/Opi gel and 4 weeks with bio sculpture gel. What I love best about this salon is that they look after your nails and apply the nail product in the correct manner as outlined by the nail company. Other salons I have been to for Shellac, would heavily buff my nail beds before application (Shellac required no buffing and this damages the nail), use a combination of different nail products on the nail and cheap curing devices. This salon is extremely professional and by the book with the various services they provide. The salon is very comfortable, relaxing and quiet, which allows for one to unwind and feel thoroughly pampered. The staff are extremely kind and hospitable, displaying the sort of customer service that Japanese are famous for. I cannot rate the service of Nail Boutique Le M 4 months ago, but I went recently with 4 friends to get shellac done and the quality was extremely poor. The ladies who did our nails were nice but every one of us had our nails chip and crack within the first week. We had tried shellac at other salons in the past, which lasted 2 to 3 weeks. At Nail Boutique Le M the shellac polish lasted 4 days for me, before 3 nails had the polish come off completely. Two of my friends' nail polish chipped on the second day and within a week we all had the polish taken off because of the poor quality. Upon calling the store, they took 2 days to get back to me and did not offer a refund or to have the nails redone. Unlike most other stores, Nail Boutique Le M also charge you $10 on top of the price to have your previous nail polish removed. While they did look nice for a day or two, it was not worth paying $38 when for the same price elsewhere we could have received a much better service. Read Less

The girls here do exquisite nails especially incredible nail art. The only issue is it is very expensive and I sometimes feel as if I am being ripped off.
