Chose to go here for my nail refill due to the great reviews - regretting that decision. I phoned ahead of time and made an appointment and when I arrived they weren't ready for me. Eventually a girl started soaking off my SNS, and then dissapeared. A second girl now took over and removed the remainder of the polish. I was them palmed off to a third girl who didn't even ask what length I wanted my nails and took it upon herself to shorten them significantly (I had been growing these for months) when I expressed my disatisfaction she proceeded to tell me "they'll look better shorter" (last time I checked that was up to me) the second girl then reappeared and finished off my nails (powder and top coat) And when it came to pay I was charged $10 more than I was quoted over the phone at the time I booked my appointment due to them having to "take off someone else's work" I paid purely because I wanted to get the hell out of there and never look back.
