What a disgrace of a business! I was appalled by the rude and incompetent service, the dishonesty and the lack of integrity of this business. I will be lodging a formal complaint. Great service and always accommodating even without appointment. Anna provided exceptional, friendly service. Making sure that I’m comfortable, and well look after. I’m impressed with the cleanliness and the hygiene that the salon provided. I’m very picky when it comes to hygiene. And I know that they have sterilise machine in the kitchen that they use to keep the equipment clean. Very highly recommend. Read Less

Wish I would’ve read the reviews first. Horribly rude workers, lazy job on my shellac manicure and even though they were not busy I was rushed out. Due to this my nails did not dry properly and ended up tarnished. Sad excuse for a business. Read Less

I don't normally bother leaving reviews, but this was the worst nail experience I've ever had. Sloppy, lazy work and they were very rude. They were meant to do SNS on my nails but finished off with a layer of shellac because they didn't want to wait for the SNS to dry. The shellac ruined the SNS and made it go all spotty and powdery looking. Read Less

Regret not reading any reviews before I came here. Walked in and asked how much it would be to wax my eyebrows. The lady (I believe was the manager) told me $15, then looked at my eyebrows and said $20 for you because it’s too messy. This is not the way to greet customers in a business all about customer service and health and beauty. Was rushed into a room, basically forced to lie down, while the lady tried to get my waxing over and done with as soon as possible. Eyebrow hairs kept coming into my eyes and she only brushed them off at the end with a tissue? Extremely pushy, unprofessional and has no intention of listening to their customers. A friend of mine worked here for 6 months and the things she has to go through are terrible, she asked to be paid properly ie Tax, Superannuation and the owner of the business kept stalling and saying "next week, next week" and paid her cash, when enough was enough she decided to stop working there and asked the owner to pay what she is owed (super and tax) but the owner still to this day keeps stalling and saying "i need to talk to the accountant". We have contacted the Fair Work trade, ATO and the Australian Federal Police and have begun to start a case against her as she seems to just want to walk over people and not pay her staff what they are owed and due to most of them being here illegally they have no foot to stand on when going to the authorities. The general hygiene of the place is terrible and a lot of the tool's the nail artists use aren't cleaned and are also shared around from worker to worker due to the owner not issuing out tool's nor giving time to her staff to clean them. Judging by the other reviews below this is not the first time someone has had issue with this business and I'm guessing it wont be the last. DO NOT GO HERE, spend that little extra and go somewhere else that actually care about their clients. Read Less

DO NOT WASTE UR TIME AND MONEY HERE!! We went in for acrylics and the woman who did them was extremely rough and rude, while she was filing them she proceeded to smack my hand and manoeuvre it in a volger way. VERY TERRIBLE SERVICE! My nails came out looking horrible, the nail polish came out chunky and clunky. The woman doing my nails found a hair in the nail polish she proceded to pick at the nail to try and get the hair out, but she left it in there and covered it with more top coat!!!!! My sister was getting her nails done as well.the First Lady doing the nails was very slow but was ok, BUT THE OWNER IS HORRIBLE!!! She started saying bad things about us in her language. Last Thursday I went in for shellac infills. $61 later I expected a good job for that price. Two days later one has broken, one has a crack so will break, my thumb nails are different lengths, the polish is pock marked and uneven on four nails and none of them are really the same shape. Just popped into request a refund, told to come back at an inconvenient time tomorrow. They did offer to redo them but I don't want this place touching my nails again. Worst infills of my life. Very poor experience. Service provided was less than average. While we were there, the boss (Anna) started a fight with her employees telling them to be "quick, quick", resulting in a rushed job. Complete lack of customer service. Appalling behaviour towards her employees. Actually yelling at them in front of customers. As we were leaving, we advised employees to contact Fair Work NSW. Rushed into a seat only to have the lady doing my infill run off every 5 minutes to look after every other half finished job. Only half filled the gap in the nail leaving it looking like I had them done a week ago. And worst of all she did a really poor job of the top coat. Thin in some areas lumpy in others, should have looked before I paid. Had to get them tidied up elsewhere.Read Less

Avoid! Save your money ladies! They had my wife in tears, gave her the wrong shape, refused to give her what she wanted and continued to give her the wrong style, gave her a different colour shade and said 'same, same', had bumps, imperfections and over charged! When I caught up with my wife I went into the store and asked for money back or for them to have them redone. They refused both offers in front of other clients and ignored me.Read Less
