I’ve been going to fresh nails for a year and I really enjoy it! I find the quality of their SNS is really good and I’ve never had a bad experience or been treated rudely. :)

i think fresh nails is one of the best nail salons in Sydney! i have gone and gotten acrylics done twice and they have lasted ages and the service was very good and everyone was very kind.

Asked for not much shorter and square and the girl Absplutely butchered my nails, they’re so short they’re uncomfortable and jagged. Literally laughably terrible. Never going back

My daughter got her nails done Saturday today is Tuesday 4 have broken! They did arilic over SNS and apparently you are not to do that! They took my money knowing it would not last or work!!!!!

Well apart from the fact you sit on a chair and hope someone will assist you. The assistant doesn't introduce herself and you HOPE that she understands what it is you want doing. I have never had a more impersonal service ever. This shop is a conveyor belt with girls who have nail experience. Worst experience ever.....

I got the WORST SNS of my life. It is lumpy and uneven, it is all around my fingers. There is a big thick line at the bottom of my nails. It was $20 more then it had ever cost before and I regularly get my nails done in Sydney. The staff were rude and wouldn’t fix my nails when I pointed out the lumps.

Worst nail place by far. False advertising and over charged me by $30. Won’t return ever again. Wouldn’t recommend unless you want to get ripped off and spoken to rudely.

Rude service, they charge different to what they advertise on the front board. Then they try to argue with you about it!! I even took her outside and showed her and she couldn’t do anything except show me her price list on a pamphlet. DO NOT GO HERE!! False advertising! I wish I read the reviews BEFORE going here.

Overpriced and extremely rude. So rushed to the point where they didn't clean off the nail filings - the girl was also chewing gum with her mouth wide open the entire time as she was leaning over my nails. Pretty unprofessional considering some salons have gone to the point where technicians where mouth masks - this is not standard practice in the service industry. Have been twice and it's enough for me to never ever return again.

They never said 'thank you'. I felt so bad. They made me feel bad. Never go again. I didnt want to pay for them !!!! I wish I could give zero star. One star is too much for them

The staff was rude and unprofessional. No form of politeness whatsoever!
They rushed both services. The girl doing my manicure clearly showed her lack of patience when I asked her to even out my nails. Sorry to be the client here! She also didn't clean after filing my nails, cause to have lumps under my polish!
Would not recommend or return as I can do a better job myself.

This is the only place I will go. After having my nails done at a few places and having them chip and peel after just a few days, I thought that was the norm. I visited Qnails after they opened and saw what a quality manicure was like. My manicure will last 3 weeks if I take care and use gloves while washing dishes or cleaning.

This is the only place I will go. After having my nails done at a few places and having them chip and peel after just a few days, I thought that was the norm.
