Been here a few times but after my most current visit I will never come back. Got there 15 minutes early for an eyelash extension appointment, layed down on the table at 11am and the women said it would be best to take off the rest of my existing eyelash extensions and get a new full set and I agreed. The women then put the solution to take my existing eyelash extensions off and said she’d be back in 5 minutes to take it off, I was laying waiting for her for 40 minutes with this solution on my eyes while she was doing acrylic for someone, then comes back to take the solution off my eyes and they were burning and red. She then proceeds to start the eyelash extensions, by this point I had a look at my phone and it was 12:10pm, I let her do my eyelashes which wasn’t finished till 1:30pm. Then after 2 and a half hrs she tells me that it will cost $100, and when I ask why that is she said because the prices increased starting last month, which was never said on the website , the price is still $80 which is very deceiving. Waiting time is ridiculous. The staff clearly prioritise and take more care in serving people they want to. My acrylic nail with shellac infill broke one week after getting them done, went back to fix it and they literally took over 1 HOUR to fix one nail. Did one thing then left to serve other customers who came much later than I did, then came back and repeated to serve others. Chick that I had seemed like she had no idea what she was doing, literally knocked over so many things when she went to grab stuff, and she also tripped over the nail bucket and it fell all over the floor. Not to mention, my nail turned out horrible as well as it was tilted to the side. Never coming back. You shouldn't go either. Read Less

The service that they provide is very very poor and disgusting. I went there to do my eyelash and they pulled my natural lashes with scissor and used the bad glue to stick their lashes. My lash were so heavy and was not comfortable at all .My eyes were burning so badly that my eyelids are swollen and i told the lady to take off my lashes as it was not comfortable and thats was not the lashes i asked her to put on the 1st place. She then askes me money saying she had spend an hour with me. She then starting talking in her own language to her friends at work and not being professional at all .Absolute bad experience not ever going there as they are completely pathetic and rude bunch of people. Got a belly piercing done here and let me say it was one of the worst experiences ever. I had to get it done twice because she did it soo crooked, so I did it again and it was still crooked. I had to go through the pain twice and it hurt so bad. I ended up getting them to take it out and I got my money back. I recommend to anyone wanting a piercing especially a belly one not to because it was horrible service and an experience. I don't think she has a proper qualification to pierce people's bodies!
