Worst service! It took them 1hr 40 mins and 4 ladies to do a shellac pedicure. And pricing is just ridiculously expensive. Will not recommend at all.

Worst experience ever. Went in just to get my shellac taken off and nails shaped and buffed. 4 different women served me. One of them who was clearly only a helper/cleaner who didn't know what she was doing started filing my nails horribly. I had to ask someone else to do it and ended up redoing it myself. They didn't buff my nails properly so now they're all scratched and jagged. The service should have taken no more than 15-20min. I was sitting there for 1 hour. Most of the time not having anything done. I left so irritated Don't go here, it's a waste of time and money, the results are terrible. I could have done a better job at home. Read Less

If I could give them 0 stars, I would. I just asked to get my nails shortened. The lady shortened them too much to file them into the shape I requested and kept cutting into the skin underneath my nails. When I asked her to reshape them, she rolled her eyes at me and then accidentally buffed off my nail polish whilst buffing my nails. She didn't offer to fix it, so my polish was all scratched. I had to ask her to put on a layer of topcoat to fix her mistake. I attached a photo of how crooked my nails are. Please don't go here! I could put up with terrible service if they were amazing nail technicians but they're not and charge more than other places close by. Read Less

Appalling!! Paid $55 dollars for replacement SNS, usually $25 and they expected to finish with a gel coat under a UV lamp. This is not how SNS is done and the reason I have SNS is to avoid the UV lamp. I didn't allow them to use the UV lamp so consequently was told I would have to wait 10mins, after that time I asked twice if I was finished and ignored, finally walked out after 15mins. Will never return. My regret is that I paid for the service before they were finished. I won't make that mistake again. Read Less

This place is an absolute disgrace! I went in today at 11.15 to get SNS. I only came here because I had an hour off work and what better than to get your nails done right? Oh I was so wrong. For thoes who dont know what sns is; its this powder that you dip your finger in a few times and put on a top coat, wait a couple minutes and youre on ya way. This place though insisted on putting an opi clear coat on the top of my nails that kept leaving them sticky, had raised bumps and... left white marks all over my blood red nails. After 3 attempts i said to the woman that she was putting the wrong coat over the top and thats why it wasnt working, they theb tried to convince me they were using the right nail polish. So why then did another woman take over and put SHELLAC over the top???? The whole point of sns is no uv lights. And forgive me if im wrong the only way for shellac to dry is under uv. So A) my nails are not done the way I like/ done properly B) the propper materials weren'tused C) i was made to feel like an idiot for their incompetence D) they advertise rhe service for $40 yet charged me $55 E) was insulted in Vietnamese as I left, no Im not viet but i did grow up with a viet family and understand insults well. I wear acrylic nails, mostly out of necessity (I'm a hairdresser and all that water from shampooing wrecks natural nails). That being said, I wandered into Cleopatra with a cracked nail on my index finger. I don't remember the moment in which it happened, but it was a bad crack. The price to fix the crack was $5, which I was totally happy with, but I opted for a fill instead as I was close to needing one anyway. Most nail shops don't understand the shape I prefer, which is a square with rounded edges. Squoval, I guess. Beauty school has taught me that particular shape is strongest, however, I just prefer it because it looks really natural. I usually end up with either very square, fake looking nails with pointy corners, or granny-style round nails. I was so psyched that I didn't have to overly describe the shape to my nail technician, or borrow the file to show them what I like (I'm only slightly ashamed to admit I have been "that girl" before). She just knew. It was fabulous. In addition to a lovely fill and great polish job, they have pretty much every OPI color on the planet, and they are all arranged in rainbow order from light to dark for each color. This pleased my OCD side greatly. It's also a beautiful nail salon; it is clean and decorated in a very chic, modern way.
