Really disappointed, went it under the impression that it would cost $35 for a shellac manicure. Actually that price is JUST FOR PAINTING. What a rip off, When I went to pay they said $40 because I had a manicure as well. She said it was my fault for not asking which is terrible customer service. My first visit to Sydney after holiday I'm Hamilton Island and I needed my nails done quickly. I found this place through Yelp and they did not disappoint. It was a team effort to do a basic pedi with no massage or skin scraping. It took a bit to get them to understand an ingrown toe nail. The nails were done with gel that's heat sensitive.  Love them! Do not go here. I had two manicures here. The first was fine, but after the second visit I found out when I went to another salon to take it off that they used gel and not shellac as I had asked for. Lying to your customers is not acceptable! They also used drills to take off the polish which is a huge no-no with both gel and shellac and drilled through to my nail bed damaging my nails in several places. Read Less

I got my nails done longer than usual for a celebration I'm going to next week. The staff were less than impressed to do them that length and appeared to be laughing amongst themselves about the length I wanted them done. I was changed between 3 staff and had to explain myself each time. Another pet peeve of mine is that the staff talk amongst themselves in a different language and completely ignore the customer. At the end of the day, they did a good job with my nails. They turned out just the way I wanted them and are good quality. However, I don't know if I'll be back as this was a somewhat negative experience. Which is a shame because I'm looking for a regular nail place now that I have a job that allows it. This was a terrible experience. They were extremely rushed and rough with my hands. They did not let me dry them for the full 45 seconds for shellac before applying another coat. It has been 3 days since I got shellac on my nails and four of them are already chipped. I would not return or recommend going to here. Read Less

I finally found the perfect solution for my nails: SNS! After so much time with acrylic and so many problems that acrylic has caused to my nails, I finally discovered SNS technique which is just amazing. I had my nails done more than two weeks ago and they are still perfect. I just have regrowth which is normal, but in terms of polish and maintenance I can tell you that this is the best solution I've ever tried! And it can be removed just with acetone, which is truly amazing.Give it a try! Highly recommended. Read Less

Fantastic service. Was in town staying at the Four Seasons and when we found out their spa only does natural treatments we went to Yelp to find somewhere with Shellac. Found Ans and am so glad! The best manicure I've had ever. I just got the $15 polish and it has lasted a week with ZERO chips!! I am amazed. Every other regular (non-shellac) manicure I've gotten chipped in about 2 days. Nails look good, but took 70 minutes for a pedicure. Clearly stated I needed to leave in 30 minutes prior to getting my manicure, but changed nail technicians halfway through and didn't end up getting nails painted due to time constraints. Still had to pay full price for mani and pedi. Yes, a first world problem, but quite a disappointing experience. I was told by a colleague not to go here (she has had two bad experiences) but as it is across the road from work, risked it. Yes, they fit me in straight away which was appreciated. Read Less

Disappointed.  I called earlier in the day to make an appointment and when I got there (on time) they weren't busy and they acted like they didn't know I had an appointment and made me and my husband wait.  High price for lack of service.  No lotion application even with their mani/basic pedi AND/or SNS manicure.  If I am paying $50+ for a manicure...lotion is BASIC!  Charged for removal of SNS color on only two nails.  The SNS color I ended up with looked nothing like the color I chose. Not going back, ever.  There were great reviews on this place, so I was surprised it was such a disappointment.  Employees all in a rush to change clothes and get out even before closing time.  Don't waste your time or money.  Two stars...only because it was clean. I've had both shellac and SNS manicures at this nail salon. They did a better shellac manicure, but if you haven't yet tried SNS I recommend that ;) The salon offers many services aside from nails, and the manicure pedicure have different price options based on extended time or additional features.
